A fortified technological enclave situated on Estate grounds, equipped with advanced workshops where electronics were repurposed into new devices and weapons. The colony housed research laboratories and power systems maintaining the community's technological operations… to a limited degree. Technocrats leader Margery Owlgate left the Colony and moved their headquarters to a different location, while leaving her daughter Amalie Owlgate in charge of the Colony.

Technocrats Colony is a walled Technocrats settlement on the Estate, and the in-game map marks it as a safe zone. The faction salvaged electronics here to build devices and weapons, and kept labs and a power supply running, though only partly. Margery Owlgate, the Technocrats' leader, has since set up headquarters elsewhere, and Amalie, the younger Owlgate, now runs the Colony.
Electric boxes make up most of the containers, with 31 around the colony, alongside frozen bodies, suitcases, toolboxes and 4 military crates. Loose Electric Parts, Gunpowder and a Compound Bow lie about, and there is a bed, a sleeping bag, a workbench and a stove. Recipe notes here teach 7,62x39mm ammo, Components, Gunpowder and the Weapon Bench. Fast Travel: Church is about 300 m away in a straight line. The colony is a safe zone, so if it is the nearest one when you die, the game offers it as your respawn point. Renegade Camp lies about 180 m off. The House Camp Flipper and Permafrost Armor main quests both have objectives that name the colony.
