Quick answer: Open the red double door at the top of the stair by the Mourning Hall bell. Dodge any attack that follows a red flash, parry ones after a blue flash, and heal early.

Qiu Feng location in the Mirage Estate

The route is short. If you still need to reach the area itself, the Mirage Estate guide covers how to get in.

Rest at the Mourning Hall bell. In the yard, a long white banner hangs beside a stone staircase.
Make your way up the stone staircase. At its summit, roughly 30 m from the bell, stands a large red double door fitted with ring knockers.

Press E to open the door. It swings inward onto a long hall hung with white drapes.

Enter the hall, where Qiu Feng approaches from the altar end; his boss bar then appears at the top of the screen.

The arena is easy to recognize. White drapes and lanterns hang overhead, rows of candles line the walls, and paper money is scattered across the white floor cloths. There is an altar at the far end.

Rest at the Mourning Hall bell before opening the door; be prepared to fight as soon as you cross the threshold, since nothing leads into the encounter.

Heal sooner instead of waiting for a safe opening. In our run, a Pathbreaker attempt was over in ten seconds, while a Wayfarer attempt went on for about 70 seconds.
