The item card reads:
Be loyal to your own heart, in life and in death, without regret. Be righteous, for a promise once given holds for a hundred lifetimes. Stand for the weak, and live with nothing to answer for before heaven and earth.
Spectral Blade has forgotten his sect’s past, his master’s face, even the name he once bore. But “loyalty” and “righteousness” he remembers, and he has lived by both.
Its effect line reads: “Used to Soul Temper the Crescent Blade.”
What Statue of the Loyal Hero does
It Soul Tempers the Crescent Blade and nothing else. You do this with Myst in the Order’s underground tavern in Pangzhen, and the process is laid out in how to Soul Temper.
