How to Redeem Pokémon TCG Pocket Codes

Gift codes cannot be redeemed from inside the Pokémon TCG Pocket app itself. All redemptions go through the official web-based gift code page, which works on any browser — desktop or mobile.

Open Gift Code Redemption Page

Open the official gift code redemption page using the button above. No app login is required — the page runs entirely in the browser.

Enter your Support ID in the designated field. This is a unique identifier tied to your account. See the section below for exactly where to find it in the app.

Paste your gift code into the code entry field. Pasting rather than typing manually avoids character errors that can cause redemption to fail.

Click the Send button to submit. Once accepted, the rewards are delivered to your in-game Gifts screen, where you can collect them directly.

How to Find Your Support ID in Pokémon TCG Pocket

Your Support ID is not the same as your friend ID. Entering the wrong one means rewards will not reach the correct account, so make sure you locate and copy the Support ID specifically.

Open Pokémon TCG Pocket on your device and wait for the Start screen to fully load.

Tap the triple-dash menu button in the top-right corner of the Start screen to open the settings menu.

Scroll to the very bottom of the menu. Your Support ID is displayed there. Tap the Copy button next to it to copy the ID to your clipboard, then paste it directly into the Support ID field on the redemption page.

After a valid code is submitted with the correct Support ID, the rewards appear in the Gift Mail box, found in the top-right corner of the Home screen. Open it there to collect what was sent.
