Project Slayers 2: How to Get Spider Lilies in Roblox

Where the glowing blue flowers spawn around Bamboo Grove Sanctuary, how to harvest them, and how many Muzan's quest needs.

Where the glowing blue flowers spawn around Bamboo Grove Sanctuary, how to harvest them, and how many Muzan’s quest needs.

Spider Lilies are the small, glowing blue flowers scattered across the map in Project Slayers 2, and they are the one collectible standing between most players and the demon transformation. They are not locked behind a boss or a shop, but they do spawn on a timer and cluster in a few predictable spots, which makes the search feel random until you know exactly where to run.

Quick answer: Go to the outskirts of Bamboo Grove Sanctuary at night, look for glowing blue flowers on the ground, and press T when the “Spider Lily Pick Up” prompt appears.

How many Spider Lilies you need

Muzan’s questline asks for nine Spider Lilies. You only get access to that quest after dropping to -40 reputation and finding Muzan, who appears at nighttime in villages such as Mistfall and Ice Veil. Once the lily objective is done and the rest of the quest is finished, you receive Muzan’s Blood; drinking it completes the transformation into a demon.

The flowers themselves are not rare. Nine of them is simply a lot of walking if you are picking them up one at a time across the whole map, which is why a tight farming loop matters more than luck.

Spider Lily spawn locations in Bamboo Grove

Spider Lilies can appear in every region of the map during nighttime, but the densest cluster sits around the lake and river in the Bamboo Grove area, on the outskirts of Bamboo Grove Sanctuary near the water training spot. Several separate spawn points sit within a short run of each other there.

Spawn pointWhat to look for
Grass before the riverBeside a bamboo stalk on the approach
Small river islandNear the sanctuary spawn crystal
Beneath the bridgeTwo spots, one on either side
Upper plateauBetween the lone tree and pink flowers

Every lily looks the same: a bright blue stem and petals that glow against the grass, visible from a fair distance in the dark. Pulling the camera out as far as it will go turns the hunt into spotting blue light rather than searching the ground.

Open the map and turn on area names under Map Settings. Bamboo Grove Sanctuary is easy to line up once the labels for nearby regions like Windy Peak are visible.

How to pick up a Spider Lily

Walk up to the flower until the prompt “T Spider Lily Pick Up” floats above it, then press T. The flower bursts into blue and yellow particles and disappears from the ground, and Spider Lily is added to your inventory. If your quest counter is active, it ticks up by one immediately — that counter is the reliable confirmation that the pickup registered.

Spawns refresh on their own. After clearing an area, waiting a few seconds in place is often enough for a flower to reappear nearby, so there is rarely any need to sprint to the far side of the map between pickups.

Bamboo Grove farming route

From the main town, take the dirt track west through the Wilderness toward Bamboo Grove. When you reach the bear area, descend directly over the cliff edges; the drop deals no fall damage and saves time.

Continue north past the Yahari world boss spawn and keep going until the bamboo thickens and the river comes into view. Check the grass beside the bamboo stalks on the near bank before you reach the water.

Swim across to the island and activate the pink crystal to set Bamboo Grove Sanctuary as your spawn point. This single action is what makes the loop repeatable, because every future respawn drops you back in the middle of the farm.
Sweep the small river island itself, then head west across the terrain, hopping the fallen tree trunk along the way.

Drop down beneath the bridge and check both sides. Two separate spawns sit under there, and they are easy to run past at ground level if you stay on the bridge instead of going below it.
Follow the cliff base west, then hold spacebar to scale the rock wall up to the plateau. The climb needs Wall Climb, which unlocks at Windy Peak. The last spawn sits on top, between the lone tree and the patch of pink flowers.

Server hopping to reset Spider Lily spawns

Once you have stripped every spot on the route, the fastest reset is a new server. Open the Roblox menu, leave the game, and rejoin. With the sanctuary crystal already set, you spawn directly at Bamboo Grove and can run the same loop again from the river island onward.

Spider Lilies have the highest spawn rate at night. If you land on a daytime server, hopping again is usually quicker than waiting out the in-game day.

Two or three laps of that loop is normally enough to reach nine. When the counter fills, the quest advances on its own and you can head back to finish Muzan’s questline — no gamepass or Robux purchase is involved at any point in the collection itself.
