How to redeem codes in Ragnarok The New World

Code redemption in Ragnarok The New World happens through the account panel on the login screen rather than inside a menu while your character is loaded in.

Launch Ragnarok The New World and stay on the login screen instead of entering the game world.
Tap the Account icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Scroll down in the panel that opens and select Gift code exchange.
Pick your server and character if the fields don’t fill in automatically.
Type or paste the code exactly as written, then enter the captcha shown on screen.

Enter the game and open the Contacts window, found among the icons below the World chat bar at the bottom of the main screen.
Tap the Mail icon in the lower-left corner to collect the items tied to your code.
