A complete breakdown of Rhiannon’s universal support kit, her signature Psychube, Insight costs, and the best partners.

Rhiannon joined Reverse 1999 alongside the 3rd Anniversary update on August 13, 2026, and she slots in as a Beast crew member built around support. She deals Mental damage, debuffs enemies, and pushes up the whole team’s output. Because her buffs are neutral and she carries a Universal Fit tag, she fits almost any composition.

Quick answer: Build Rhiannon to Insight III, equip her signature Psychube The Soft Rain of Yesterday, and run a Resonance setup that maximizes ATK and Max HP so her ally buffs scale as high as possible.

Rhiannon skills and Ultimate

Rhiannon runs on Raptor Kinship energy. Once that energy fills, she enters an extra action window before enemies move, drops a Rapport field, and enhances her two Incantation Skills. Her Ultimate is the switch that turns her from a modest attacker into a team-wide amplifier.

SkillTypeEffect
Babble-GabbleIncantationMass attack dealing 200% / 300% / 500% Mental DMG. Consumes one Attunement stack for +12% / 13% / 14% ATK. While enhanced, cuts all enemy Critical DEF by 15%, plus an extra 3% per Rapport stack for 3 rounds.
Sneaky-PeakyIncantationGrants Flocksong to all allies for 3 rounds and consumes one Attunement stack for +12% / 13% / 14% Max HP. While enhanced, gives allies a 15% DMG bonus, plus 3% per Rapport stack for 3 rounds.
Chirping ChorusUltimateGrants Adar Llwch Gwin to all other allies for 3 rounds. Rhiannon’s own Incantations become enhanced for 4 rounds and cost no AP to cast.

Status effects that drive her kit

Most of Rhiannon’s value sits in the buffs and statuses she cycles through. Understanding what each one does makes it clear why she works in so many teams.

StatusWhat it does
Adar Llwch GwinRaises ally ATK and Max HP by 8% of Rhiannon’s own ATK and Max HP, up to +250 ATK and +1250 Max HP.
Enhanced Incantations (Aegis)Rhiannon’s own Incantations cost no AP and gain their reinforced effects.
AttunementWhen consumed, funnels 8% into Raptor Kinship and grants 2 stacks of Rapport for 3 rounds. Stacks up to 4 times.
RapportA force field that increases allied Afflatus Advantage damage by 4%, up to 5 stacks.
Flocksong+30% Incantation Might and +30% Ultimate Might.
Sensory BondGrants an extra round of actions while enemies cannot act. Adds a rankless Feast Call to the spell queue before that round resolves.
Feast CallMass attack dealing 1500% Mental DMG, plus 150% per Rapport stack, always with Afflatus Advantage.

Her Universal Fit tag counts her as Lingering Glow, Bloodtithe, Dynamo, Impromptu, and Instrument at the same time. That is the reason she can cover a missing archetype support in almost any lineup.

Best Psychube: The Soft Rain of Yesterday

Rhiannon’s signature 6-star Psychube is the clear pick because every line on it matches something she already does. It boosts her personal stats and layers two extra buffs onto the team.

  • On entering combat, a Universal Fit carrier gains +4% ATK and +4% Max HP, which feeds directly into her Adar Llwch Gwin scaling.
  • After she casts an Incantation, all allies gain +1.2% DMG dealt for 3 rounds, stacking up to six times.
  • As a Beast Afflatus unit, she grants allies +8% Critical DMG for 3 rounds after using her Ultimate.

For Resonance, prioritize ATK and Max HP so her ally buffs push toward their caps. The Equanimity pattern works well because it lifts both stats and adds survivability while she sets up her support cycle.

Insight effects and upgrade materials

Rhiannon’s Inheritance, Bird Bonder, is what lets her charge Raptor Kinship and slip into Sensory Bond before casting. Precognition sets her energy range from zero up to 150%, with Sensory Bond triggering once she reaches 100%. Each Insight level then sharpens how fast she gets rolling.

InsightPassive gainedMaterials
IGains 1 stack of Rapport at the start of each round.Sharpodonty ×18,000; Page of Beastly Thirst ×6; Trembling Tooth ×5; Rough Silver Ingot ×5
II+5% ATK when entering combat.Sharpodonty ×40,000; Scroll of Beastly Thirst ×10; Solidus ×6; Clawed Pendulum ×5
IIIGains +3 Moxie on entering combat and starts Raptor Kinship at 70%. Consumes one Attunement stack at the end of the round for +1 Moxie.Sharpodonty ×200,000; Tome of Beastly Thirst ×16; Platinum Ouija ×6; Mistilteinn ×3

Insight III is the priority target. Starting the fight with three Moxie and 70% Raptor Kinship lets her reach her Ultimate and Sensory Bond far earlier, so her buffs land before the first big enemy turn.

Best teammates for Rhiannon

Since she buffs damage, cuts Critical DEF, and boosts Afflatus Advantage, Rhiannon pairs best with a strong main carry backed by one more support and a dedicated healer. These options cover that spread.

Because her buffs are neutral and she covers every archetype tag at once, you can swap any of these partners for the units you already own. Rhiannon’s job stays the same in every team, so the main thing to lock in is her stats, her Psychube, and her Insight III passive.
