Points are the currency behind every board, skin and cosmetic in Skate Tree, the Roblox street skating game from RNE Third Vault. You earn most of them on the board by landing tricks and grinds. The rest come from a daily claim, a group bonus, codes and Robux packs. The faster you string tricks together, the faster your balance climbs.
Quick answer: Chain flip tricks, spins and grinds into one line to build a multiplier, then land cleanly to bank it. Add the daily reward, the 1,000-point group reward and any active code on top.
How Skate Tree scores tricks into points
Each flip trick, spin and grind you land adds to a running line score. Linking several tricks without stopping builds a multiplier on that line, starting at values like x1.5. Your points only go into your balance once you land the line cleanly. So one long, linked line pays out far more than a string of single tricks done one at a time.
The trick feed in the bottom left of the screen names each move as you land it. Score pop-ups show the points earned for that move. You can check that a line paid out by watching the points counter in the top bar. In one session it went from 489 POINTS to 493 POINTS after a landed trick.

Add to Google Preferences →Skate Tree keyboard controls
The game shows a control panel on the right side of the screen. Movement and board balance use the keys around WASD. Tricks use the arrow keys. The full layout is below.
| Action | Key |
|---|---|
| Push | Space |
| Sprint | Shift |
| Brake | F |
| Ollie / Flip tricks | ↑ ↓ ← → |
| Manual (hold part way) | ↑ or ↓ |
| Crouch | Q or E |
| Get off board | R |
| Place marker | H |
| Go to marker (hold) | G |
| Reset to spawn | T |
| Balance (on a grind) | W A S D |
| Ollie out | ↑ |
| Grab (in the air) | Q or E |
| Spin (in the air) | W A S D |
| Recover after a fall | Space |
Some keys do different things depending on what you are doing. W, A, S and D steer your balance while grinding, and the same keys spin the board in the air. Q and E crouch on the ground and grab in the air. If you wipe out, the character ragdolls, and pressing Space gets you back on the board.

The developer says Skate Tree plays best on a controller. Keyboard works fine, but stick input gives you finer steering when lining up landings.
Trick inputs that earn points
Flip tricks come from combinations of arrow keys pressed together. Grinds start with an Ollie onto a rail, ledge or coping. These are the core inputs.
| Trick | Input |
|---|---|
| Ollie | ↑ and ↓ together, or flick between them |
| Pop Shuvit | ↑ (or ↓) with ← and → |
| Varial Heelflip | ← ↓ → together |
| 360 Pop Shuvit / spins | Arrow flick plus A or D |
| Grinds | Ollie onto the obstacle, balance with WASD |
The trick feed confirms what you landed. A Pop Shuvit shows up by name. Once you add more keys, the same feed lists harder variants like Varial Kickflip, Back Foot Varial Kickflip, FS Pop Shuvit and Late Kickflip.

Grinds are the easiest way to keep a line going between flip tricks. Hold your balance with WASD while sliding, then press ↑ to ollie out. Ledges and rails give you grinds like FS 50-50, FS 5-0, FS Smith, BS Nosegrind and BS Board. Coping on ramps and bowls adds stalls like BS Blunt.

Spin tricks score as separate moves. Add A or D to an arrow flick to rotate the board for a 360 Pop Shuvit. The same idea works for nollie versions such as the Nollie 360 Pop Shuvit and Nollie FS 360 Pop Shuvit. Body rotations like BS 180 and Ollie 180 use the spin keys on their own.

Farm points fast with the marker system
Pushing back to the start of a good line takes time you could spend scoring. The marker keys let you repeat the same line over and over without skating back.

G to go straight back to your marker, then run the line again. If you get lost or fall off the map, press T to reset to spawn. The top wall around the map is skateable, but you can fall off it into unloaded rocky terrain outside the play area. Press T to reset to spawn if that happens.
Free Skate Tree points outside of tricks
The Shop’s Main tab has a few point sources that cost nothing:
- Daily Reward: press CLAIM once every 24 hours.
- Group Reward: 1,000 POINTS for joining the game’s Roblox group.
- Redeem Code: enter a code to get points.
RNEDAYgives 15k Points. - Million Board: a free board for 1,000,000 visits, unlocked with a code shared in the community server.
To redeem a code, open Skate Tree on Roblox and use the Codes button in the top bar or the REDEEM CODE tile in the Shop. Type the code exactly as written and confirm. If it works, your total in the top-right counter goes up right away. Codes expire, so a code that worked earlier may no longer redeem.
Skate Tree point packs and passes (Robux)
Point packs are sold under Shop > Main > Get Points. The price per point barely changes from the smallest pack to the largest, so bigger packs save very little.
| Points | Robux | Shop tag |
|---|---|---|
| 250 | 19 | — |
| 500 | 39 | — |
| 750 | 59 | — |
| 1,000 | 79 | MOST VALUE |
| 1,500 | 119 | — |
| 2,000 | 179 | — |
| 3,000 | 249 | — |
| 4,000 | 329 | — |
| 5,000 | 399 | BEST VALUE |
There are two game passes. VIP costs 399 Robux and gives more points, a bigger daily reward and an exclusive board. If you plan to play every day, this is the only purchase that keeps adding to your points over time. The Avatar Pass costs 299 Robux. It lets you skate as your own Roblox avatar, including hair, hat and clothes, and other players in the server can see it. It gives no points, and without it everyone uses the same default skater.
What Skate Tree points buy
Featured limited boards are the most expensive items in the Shop. Inferno, from the Hellfire Collection, leaves fire behind as you ride. Spirit Blade, from the Spirit Collection, is a glowing jade sword deck. Each costs 50,000 points and is only on sale for a limited time, shown by a countdown in the Shop. That is a lot of trick lines, so start with the daily reward, the group bonus and active codes. After that, landing long linked lines over and over is the most reliable way to keep earning.
