Slayers 2: How to Get Spider Lilies Fast (All Spawn Locations)

Every known Spider Lily spawn point, the quickest farming loop, and the reset trick that refreshes them.

Every known Spider Lily spawn point, the quickest farming loop, and the reset trick that refreshes them.

Becoming a Demon in Slayers 2 comes down to one collectible, and it is a small one. Muzan’s quest asks for nine Spider Lilies, and the flowers never sit in the same place twice, so the difference between a ten-minute errand and an hour of wandering is knowing which patches of ground to check and how to refresh them.

Quick answer: Collect 9 Spider Lilies. Loop the Bamboo Grove Sanctuary spots — bridge, shrine, waterfall, Wano Gate, plateaus — then the Hidden Mist Village flower cliff, and server hop to reset spawns.

What you need before farming Spider Lilies

The flowers only matter once Muzan hands you the objective, and getting to him has two gates.

  • -40 reputation. Slayers around the Butterfly Estate give roughly -9 each, so about five kills gets you there. Civilians only give -1 apiece.
  • Muzan, at night. He turns up most often around Mistfall Village, though other villages including Ice Veil Village are possible. If server hopping fails, wait out the day cycle in one server until night returns.
  • His quest chain. Speak with him, travel into his realm, take the quest, then use the marker to locate Dr. Higoshima by the Thunder Breathing trainer. The nine-lily objective unlocks next.

You do not need a game pass to find Spider Lilies. Slayers may also spawn on you right after you claim the quest, so keep moving toward the marker instead of fighting the whole group.

How Spider Lily spawns work

There are no guaranteed spawns. Spider Lilies can appear almost anywhere on the map, but the placement is not truly random in practice — they cling to natural cover, which is why the same handful of trees, flower beds, bushes, and rock bases keep producing them. Two regions carry the highest concentration by far, and everything below is built around them.

The flowers glow, which makes them easy to spot once you know the silhouette. They show up in red or blue, sit low to the ground, and pick up with the interact prompt — walk into the glow and press T. Nighttime is widely reported to be the better window for spawns, so if you have a night server, stay in it.

Bamboo Grove Sanctuary

Open the map and set your marker on Bamboo Grove Sanctuary first. Most of the reliable spots are here, and they are packed close enough that a full sweep takes a minute or two.

Treat the sanctuary’s central bridge as your reference point. Go over it, continue for a few steps, then check a tree whose base has a little flower patch; the lily is within or immediately beside it. On that same sweep, inspect the shrine behind the spot and the ground surrounding the temple buildings.

From there, check the waterfall and the small strip of land across from it with a bamboo tree in the middle. Finish the region at the outer edge, where the Wano Gate leads toward the Hidden Mist Village Shrine. The tree underneath that gate carries two separate spawn points, which makes it the single densest spot in the game.

Hidden Mist Village

After entering through the gate, bypass the village center, since it has no spawns. Search the perimeter instead. A flower-covered elevated cliff can have as many as two lilies, so inspect the entire patch, not merely its border. Continue a short distance south to the Thunder King Zentaro NPC, then examine the ground behind the large pillar beside him.

Fastest Spider Lily farming route

From the main town starting area, run west through the Wilderness and onto the Bamboo Grove paths. This is the shortest approach if you have not unlocked a closer spawn point yet.

Skip the bear encounter area entirely and drop down the cliffside onto the dirt trail below. Fighting here costs time and gives you nothing toward the quest.
Follow the trail past the Yahari boss zone and continue north along the lit path. Lilies can already be lying on the ground along this stretch, so pick up anything glowing as you pass it.
Swim over to the pink crystal, then enable the Bamboo Grove Sanctuary set spawn. This is the run’s key step: from this point onward, each reset places you directly in the farming area’s center.

Check the small river island, then head west over the fallen log. Sweep both sides of the dirt path on the lower plateau, since two lilies can appear there at the same time.
Scale the tall rock wall by holding the spacebar to climb. There is no path around it, and the climb is faster than looping the long way.

At the top, inspect the gap between the tree and the bushes for the upper plateau spawn, then drop back down and continue through the Wano Gate to finish the loop at the Hidden Mist Village flower cliff and the Zentaro pillar.

Run the circuit in one direction only. Backtracking is where most of the wasted time goes, and every spot on the route flows naturally into the next.

Server hopping to reset Spider Lily spawns

When the loop comes up empty, you do not have to wait. A fresh server rolls a fresh set of spawns, and with your spawn point set at the crystal you land back in the farming area immediately.

Open the menu and find the player list for the current server.
Block one of the players listed. Roblox will not place you back into a server containing someone you have blocked, which stops you from rejoining the same instance.
Leave the game and rejoin Slayers 2 from the start menu to load into a new server.
You spawn at the Bamboo Grove Sanctuary crystal. Check across the water first, then run the same circuit again and pick up whatever rolled this time.

Staying put also works. Spider Lilies respawn in the same area over time, so if you prefer not to reload, keep circling the grove and sweep nearby trees, bushes, and rocks between passes.

How to confirm you have all nine Spider Lilies

Each pickup ticks the quest counter up by one, so the objective itself is your progress bar — no separate inventory check is needed. Once it reads nine, the objective clears and you are handed blood.

Drinking that blood is the actual transformation. When it goes through, your character becomes a Demon and the Blood Demon Art rolling menu opens up, which is the clearest confirmation that the Spider Lily requirement is done with for good.

From there the flowers stop mattering, and the grind shifts to souls, mastery, and sun protection. But the nine-lily wall is the one step in the early Demon path that punishes aimless running, and a tight Bamboo Grove loop plus a quick server reset turns it into a short detour rather than an evening.
