The Bottomless Buffet is the final dungeon in Splatoon Raiders, and it lives up to its name. It is an endless descent that gets harder with every floor, capped by a secret boss on floor 100 and then continuing well past that point. You reach it through the Great Salmon Mess Hall at the center of the islands, and it exists mainly to test whatever build you have spent the game assembling.
Quick answer: Beat the Salmonarch to roll credits, then clear all three Hidden Ruins with every one of the three tank types to collect nine relics. Once you hold all nine, the Bottomless Buffet opens at the hole in the middle of the map where the final boss was fought.
How to unlock the Bottomless Buffet
This is strictly endgame content. You cannot touch it until the main story is finished and every Hidden Ruins relic is in your collection. Follow these gates in order.
How many floors the Bottomless Buffet has
There is no bottom. After floor 100, the dungeon keeps generating floors indefinitely, with enemies scaling up in strength on every successive level. Each build you take down is recorded, so the descent doubles as a place to measure how far a given loadout can hold up.
Because there is no confirmed floor limit, the deepest runs are community records rather than a fixed goal. One report puts the deepest reached floor at 259.
Bottomless Buffet rewards
The dungeon pays out on a rolling basis. Every three floors you clear hands over a reward, which can be relics, weapons, or gadget parts. On top of that, specific floor milestones grant outfits, and the floor 100 boss drops the headline items.

Floor 100 boss: Lord Saltimatum
Lord Saltimatum waits at the bottom of the first 100 floors and functions as the game’s true finale. It is a long, three-phase fight against a heavy damage sponge, so keep an ink path ready to escape its hits, do not hesitate to spam your Showstopper, and ignore the extra Salmonids so you can focus fire on the boss.

Beating Lord Saltimatum delivers the True Ending along with the Legendary Loot relic and the rest of the floor 100 loot. You will know it worked when the crew cashes in the relic haul in Splatsville and the run’s rewards land in your inventory.
Descent tips for deep runs
Difficulty in the Bottomless Buffet is fixed, so every floor runs under Survivalist-style rules that you cannot lower. Freeze builds are the strongest response, since single-hit weapons paired with freeze powers can lock down whole waves before they overwhelm you.
- Bring four- and five-star gadget parts for the best boosts and damage at the lowest cost.
- Upgrade your weapon before diving. A Primo weapon can be pushed well past its original level.
- Kill high-influence Boss Salmonids first, Smokers especially, before they stack up. Leave the small fry for last.
- Use Big Man as your Bot Buddy for the invincibility Showstopper, which is the safest panic button on deep floors.
- Do not push a deep run with low durability. There are no SOS calls here.
Multiplayer is available, but only with friends or through a password room. There is no open matchmaking on these floors, so you can invite others to help clear Salmonids while you keep descending. Between attempts, restock skill points with your compasses and top up any parts that need upgrading, then head back down and chase your floor record.
