Steal an Egg Admin Abuse Event (First Update)

MisfitsBS stacked earnings boosts, secret eggs, and a timed Dragon Lair on August 22.

MisfitsBS stacked earnings boosts, secret eggs, and a timed Dragon Lair on August 22.

Steal an Egg’s first Admin Abuse rewrote a live server in under an hour. Developer MisfitsBS stacked earnings multipliers, luck boosts, and a timed Dragon Lair on Saturday, August 22, 2026, then opened Update 1 in the same session.

Quick answer: Admin Abuse is a live developer session. The first one ran Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET, lasted 30 to 60 minutes on every server including private ones, and applied server-wide boosts right before Update 1.

What Admin Abuse does in Steal an Egg

Admin Abuse is a short window where the people who made the game take the rules off. MisfitsBS uses admin commands in real time to spawn items, raise luck, multiply treadmill speed, and start events that do not appear in a normal loop. The session is treated as a thank-you drop, not a separate game mode you queue into.

The first session was also the First Update showcase. MisfitsBS joined chat, called it the first AA, and said a reveal would land at the end. The sky shifted to a galaxy theme when it started. Servers still cap at 7 players, and the same commands hit private servers, so a locked lobby still received every boost.

You know the session is live when developer chat appears, spawn banners start firing, and the map stays fully playable. Shop and Index stay on screen. Routes through the Volcano and other biomes keep working while the multipliers stack.

Earnings boosts and Admin Treadmills

The money change is the part you feel first. An earnings boost doubled one account from 13 billion to 27 billion dollars per second. An egg luck boost then made rare eggs more likely to appear. A mutation boost ran at the same time, so new rolls stacked on top of the cash multiplier.

Treadmills were the second lever. MisfitsBS spawned a 4x treadmill, told the server to spam it, and later replaced it with an Admin Treadmill that carried several boosts at once. An 8x treadmill followed and pushed that same account to 54 billion dollars per second. By the end of the stack, the account read 87.3 billion per second.

BoostWhat changed
Earnings BoostIncome jumped from 13B/s to 27B/s
Egg Luck BoostRare eggs became much more likely to spawn
Mutation BoostExtra mutation rolls applied server-wide
4x treadmillAdmin-spawned speed pad, later upgraded
8x Admin TreadmillIncome reached 54B/s, then 87.3B/s stacked

Secret egg spawns

Luck and day resets did more than raise cash. A giant secret T-Rex egg appeared first and could be placed in a garden. More secret eggs followed in their home biomes, including a Yeti egg, an Eternal Mosasaurus egg, and a Cosmic Dragon egg. Players who reached those zones could pick the eggs up and carry them, including through desert ground, while the luck window was still on.

A day reset added golden variants. A Golden Eternal Ice Dragon egg and a Golden Secret Yeti egg both spawned in Snow. Later, an ALL EGG RESET banner fired and an Eternal Eternal Lunar Dragon Egg spawned in Cosmic. MisfitsBS also warned that at least one of the giant eggs would not be spawned again in that session.

Dragon Lair egg steal

After the treadmill stack, a cutscene took over. A giant dragon tore through the map and a lava-covered boss with glowing eyes filled a dark arena. That sequence was the handoff into a custom objective, not a normal biome walk.

The Dragon Lair then opened. Players had to steal dragon eggs, carry them back to a nest, and finish before the timer ended. Firewalls sat on the route, so standing in the open got you burned. A banner reading “The Dragon Lair has opened!” is the cue that the steal window is live. Grabbing eight eggs paid out a special dragon egg. Fewer eggs meant a weaker reward.

Cherry Blossom Biome and Sakura Incubator

Update 1 arrived in the same window. A new zone banner revealed the Cherry Blossom Biome, along with a weather system and extra mutations. Inside that biome sits a giant Sakura Incubator. It stays sealed until you hatch a Crane and return that pet to the machine. MisfitsBS said the incubator grants two new mutations once it opens.

The incubator lock is separate from Admin Abuse luck. You can stand in Cherry Blossom during the session and still be unable to use the machine until a Crane is hatched and delivered. That is the check that the unlock worked. The sealed label clears after the return.

Pets hatched after the session

Eggs collected during the boosts hatched into a mix of secret and cosmic pets. The standout was a Golden Scorched Dragon. On hatch it listed 3,240,000kg and 28.6 billion dollars per second, and the stacked event multipliers took that line as high as 57 billion per second. An Ember Dragon from the same batch listed 686.39kg and 6.6 billion per second.

PetIncome
Golden Scorched Dragon (Secret)28.6B/s, up to 57B/s boosted
Ember Dragon (Secret)6.6B/s
Yeti (Secret)261M/s
Rainbow + Golden Snowy Owl (Cosmic)70M/s
Snowy Owl (Cosmic)33M/s
Kraken (Secret)29M/s
El Maja1.2B/s
Bomboclat1.5B/s

A Cosmic Dragon, a Bronto, and more Snowy Owls also came out of the same pile. Those hatches are how you confirm the session paid out. If the pet appears in your index with a secret or cosmic tag and a new income line, the egg from that window was real.

Next Admin Abuse time

No official next date and time is currently confirmed. The August 22 session was the first one, and a weekly lock has not been set. MisfitsBS closed chat by thanking players, asking for feedback, and saying the team would be back next week, without posting a clock time.

A final cutscene also put a MONSTERS ARE COMING countdown on screen with a seven-day timer and spawned one last giant egg. That teaser is separate from Admin Abuse itself. Until a start time is posted, the only verified session remains the August 22 run at 11:00 AM ET.
