The Sakura Incubator sits at the very back of the Cherry Blossom biome in Steal An Egg, and it is the only machine that can stamp the Bloom and Spirit Bloom mutations onto your Eggs. It starts out sealed. Before you can drop a single Egg inside, you need to sacrifice a Crane pet and stockpile Sakura Crystals.
Quick answer: Hatch an Epic Crane from Cherry Blossom Zone eggs, equip it, walk to the Sakura Incubator at the end of the biome, and interact to submit the Crane. This permanently unlocks the machine. From then on, place an Egg inside and feed it Sakura Crystals until the charge hits at least 100%, then press Mutate.

Get the Crane pet first
The Crane is an Epic-rarity pet that hatches from Eggs found in the Cherry Blossom Zone, the final zone on the map. It generates $4,000 per second on its own, but its real value is that it is the key that opens the Sakura Incubator. You cannot buy it or grab it from an NPC, so you have to hatch it.

|---|---|
| Rarity | Epic |

| Speed to farm the zone | About 3.5B |

The unlock is a one-time cost. Once the machine is open, you never have to hand over another Crane to use it again.
Losing an Epic pet stings, but the trade is worth it. The Crane is easy to farm again, and the incubator stays open for good.
Farm Sakura Crystals during the Great Bloom event
Sakura Crystals are the fuel for the incubator, and they only exist during the Great Bloom event. This event runs in the Cherry Blossom Zone every 30 minutes on server time and lasts only about three minutes, so timing matters.
When the event starts, a notification pops up on your screen. Special Crystal Cherry Blossom Trees spawn around the zone. Equip the Baseball Bat you have carried since the start of the game and hit those trees to collect Sakura Crystals. Note that the trees can only be broken after you have unlocked the incubator.
Because the window is so short, position yourself near the Cherry Blossom Zone before the timer runs out and farm as many crystals as you can while the trees are up. Plan on collecting around 1,000 Sakura Crystals to fully charge one Egg to 100%.

Mutate an Egg in the incubator
Only Eggs go inside the Sakura Incubator. Pets cannot be submitted, and an Egg that already carries a Bloom or Spirit Bloom mutation can be put back in for another attempt.

Each run burns a large pile of crystals, so save the machine for your most valuable Eggs rather than spending on low-tier ones.
Bloom and Spirit Bloom mutation odds
The incubator applies one of two exclusive mutations. Bloom is the common outcome, while Spirit Bloom is the rare one that dedicated collectors chase. Both change the appearance of high-value pets and raise their earnings.
| Mutation | Chance | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Bloom | 97.5% | The standard result on a mutated Egg |
| Spirit Bloom | 2.5% | The rare result |
These odds are fixed. The only way to raise your Spirit Bloom chance is by buying the Great Bloom gamepass with Robux, which improves your odds on the submitted Egg.
With the Crane sacrificed and a steady supply of Sakura Crystals from each Great Bloom window, the incubator becomes a repeatable loop. Farm during the event, charge your best Eggs, and keep rolling until you land the Spirit Bloom you want.
