Codes are entered from a menu inside the game’s hub, not through a separate website.

Launch Survive Zombie Arena on Roblox and wait for your character to load into the hub.

Press the Shop button on the left side of the screen and scroll down until you reach the Redeem Codes section.

Type or paste a code exactly as it appears, including capitalization, into the text box.

Hit Redeem to claim the reward. A confirmation message or an immediate change in your Credits, Bloodmoon Shards, or crate count confirms the code worked.
