Vale Sangora is ruled by vampire lords, and trading silver there is banned, with execution waiting for anyone caught doing it. There is exactly one buyer willing to take the risk, and he only opens his shop to Coen once you prove it is safe to deal with him.

The Silver Trader sits inside Svartrau City, which you will find near the center of the world map. Head to the southwestern edge of the fortified settlement and look for the road leading toward Neustadt. A pair of guards stands watch along that path, and just beyond them is a small building. You can tell which loot counts as silver by the White Chalice tag on the item. Silver shows up as bowls, crosses, chalices, jewelry, dining utensils, and even raw lumps of silver ore, and it sells for a strong amount of denarii compared to ordinary junk.

Silver is not only a source of cash. It can also solve certain quests. During the Heart Wants What It Wants quest, instead of sneaking into Andrei’s hideout, you can offer silver to the butcher, and he takes Coen straight to Andrei without any stealth. Holding onto one or two silver items means you always have that bargaining chip ready when a quest calls for it, rather than scrambling to find silver in the moment.
