How to Unlock the Underground Music Venue in Fisch

The Underground Music Venue sits beneath Crystal Cove in the Depths and features a stage and bar facing each other. It’s a secret space packed with NPCs themed after the game’s developers and is tied to special rods and quests that come and go between updates.

Use these coordinates to stay oriented while you travel through the Depths and Crystal Cove.

What you need before you start

Make sure you have both the item and access needed to perform the unlock.

A Chaotic Enchant Relic.
Depths access (via the Depths Key from Vertigo).
A glider is strongly recommended for the floating-rock bridge in the Depths.

Get a Chaotic Enchant Relic

Apply the Chaotic enchantment to a fishing rod. This enables catches that can roll the Chaotic mutation on relics, which is required for the item you need.

Fish for Enchant Relics until one drops with the Chaotic mutation. Expect multiple attempts; the Chaotic roll chance is low by design.

Skip the Duskwire rod for this task. It’s associated with the venue itself and is not available until after you get inside.

Enter the Depths and reach Crystal Cove

Wait for the “Strange Whirlpool” event to appear in your server. This opens the path to Vertigo.

Swim to the Strange Whirlpool on the ocean and jump in to arrive at Vertigo. You’ll land on a ledge overlooking a drop.

Complete the Vertigo bestiary. Finishing this progression is required to move forward toward the Depths.

Fish up the Depths Key in Vertigo. Any solid, reliable rod works; this key is your gateway into the Depths.

Use the Depths Key at the large door to enter the Depths. This places you at the area with floating rock platforms.

Cross the floating-rock bridge carefully. Falls are fatal; a better glider helps you stabilize and recover if you slip.

Head to the tunnel entrance that leads to Crystal Cove (around 1100, -700, 1400). The path features carved rock and stands out against the darker surroundings.

Unlock and enter the Underground Music Venue

In Crystal Cove, find the pedestal and interactable crystal. This is where the unlock condition is performed.

Place your Chaotic Enchant Relic on the pedestal. This completes the Crystal Cove puzzle requirement for the venue.

Go to the trapdoor next to the small bridge in Crystal Cove and interact to enter. This drops you into the Underground Music Venue.

Verify you’re in the correct space by checking your GPS reading near 2015, -645, 2460. You should see a stage on one side and a bar on the opposite side.

What’s inside the Underground Music Venue

The venue features a stage and a bar opposite one another, with NPCs themed after the developers placed around tables and the floor. An on-stage guitar and drum kit is interactable and plays snippets tied to Duskwire’s soundtrack. Historically, the venue has hosted multiple unique NPC quests that rewarded special fishing rods; many of those rods are not obtainable at all times, and only a limited set of quests may be active currently.

Once you’ve unlocked the trapdoor in Crystal Cove, entering the Underground Music Venue is quick on future visits. Keep an eye on which NPC quests are active to know when special rods can be earned.
