Where to Find All 5 Key Locations in Piggy (The Hunt: Roblox 20)

The Year 2021 Piggy stage hides its keys off the main route, and a stuck counter has a known restart fix.

The Year 2021 Piggy stage hides its keys off the main route, and a stuck counter has a known restart fix.

Piggy is the Year 2021 stop in The Hunt: Roblox 20, and it is the stage where players lose the most time. The keys you need are scattered across the map rather than placed along the route most players walk, so the objective can sit unfinished even after several full rounds.

Quick answer: Keys spawn away from the main route. Sweep the outskirts, the map edges, elevated platforms, and side paths until the counter reads 5/5. If it stalls, fully close Roblox and rejoin.

Piggy stage requirements in The Hunt: Roblox 20

The Hunt: Roblox 20 runs through September 28, 2026 and moves year by year, so Piggy only opens once you have cleared the years before it. The on-screen tracker in Piggy shows the stage objective as escaping two Book One maps, and the five keys are what you collect inside a map to get that exit open.

Rewards are not handed out inside Piggy. After you escape, you return to The Hunt: Roblox 20 hub to claim the item and unlock the following year.

Where the 5 keys spawn on the Piggy map

Key spawns are not fixed to a single landmark, which is why a fixed list of coordinates does not help here. What does work is a consistent route that covers the parts of the map most players skip. Run it in the same order every round and you stop re-checking the same corridor three times.

Start at the outskirts, not the center

Begin at the outer boundary of the map and work inward. Most players funnel through the central route because that is where the exit and the obvious rooms are, which leaves the perimeter untouched for the entire round. Walk the outer ring first and you clear the least-searched ground while the lobby is still alive.

Sweep corners and neglected side zones

Once the perimeter is done, move into the corners and the small side areas hanging off it. Dead ends, narrow gaps between buildings and rooms with no puzzle in them all count. Do not assume the remaining keys sit near the ones you already picked up, because spawns are spread out rather than clustered.

Look above ground level

Keys are easy to miss when you only scan at eye height. Check staircases, balconies, upper floors and any raised platform you can climb, then look back down at the ledges below. Upper rooms and tabletops on higher floors are worth a second pass late in a round.

Go behind structures and down obscured paths

The last stretch is everything the camera hides. Walk behind buildings, follow paths that look like they lead nowhere, and finish with a complete sweep of rooms you have already crossed without properly looking. A key you jogged past on your first lap is the most common reason a counter sits one short.

You do not have to solve the puzzles yourself

Credit for the stage comes from escaping, not from personally opening every lock. If other players in the lobby already know the map, you can follow them, let them handle the puzzle sequences, and leave through the exit with the group. That counts as an escape for your objective.

Pairing with a lobby that knows the layout is usually faster than solo runs, since you only need two successful Book One escapes in total.

Fix keys not spawning at 3/5 or 4/5

The key objective can bug out and stop placing the remaining keys, most often once the counter reaches 3/5 or 4/5. When that happens, no amount of searching helps, because the keys are not in the map to begin with. Other event objectives can keep working normally while this one is stuck.

Close Roblox completely. Quitting to the menu or leaving the server is not enough; shut the client down so the session ends.
Launch Roblox again and rejoin Piggy from a fresh start.
Load back into a Book One map and run the same search route from the outskirts inward. The missing keys should appear again once spawns reset.

If the keys still refuse to appear after a full restart and a clean sweep, you are looking at the spawn bug rather than a location you overlooked. Repeat the restart instead of re-searching the same rooms.

How to confirm the Piggy stage is complete

Two things tell you it worked. Inside Piggy, the key counter reads 5/5 and the exit opens, and the Roblox 20 tracker moves from 0/2 to 1/2 after your first successful escape. Clear a second Book One map and it reads 2/2.

From there, head back to the event hub and claim Willow’s Legacy Hood. The reward does not appear on its own, and the next year in the sequence stays locked until you collect it.
