Mohist City is one of four areas inside Suixiang, the mechanism-heavy half of the new Hidden Mountain region added in Where Winds Meet Version 2.0: Unseen Approach. It sits at the heart of the Mohist Hill sect’s territory, and it is also where wandering encounters such as For Your Ears Only can be found once you have unlocked the surrounding map. Getting there is gated behind a level threshold and a specific main story checkpoint rather than any single hidden path.

Requirements to unlock Hidden Mountain and Mohist City
Hidden Mountain is the fifth explorable region in the game, and Mohist City cannot be reached until the region itself is available. There is no way to skip the gate by climbing or gliding in early. You need both of the following before the area appears for you.

Mohist Hill sect in Mohist City
Mohist City is home to Mohist Hill, a new sect of Wuxia-punk engineers obsessed with machinery who are trying to gain full control of Hidden Mountain. It is the game’s first building-specialized sect, and joining grants crafting-related perks such as Enhanced Construction, the Divinecraft Effect, and Construction Material Support Packs.
