Fisch Money Farming After Version 1.95.0: Enchanted Crevice vs Forsaken Pond

The Version 1.95.0 balance patch cut Forsaken Shores payouts, leaving Enchanted Crevice as the fastest cash spot for every level.

The Version 1.95.0 balance patch cut Forsaken Shores payouts, leaving Enchanted Crevice as the fastest cash spot for every level.

The Version 1.95.0 livepatch reshuffled the money math in Fisch. Forsaken Shores took a direct hit when the Pirate Captain’s Goldfish base price was cut, so the old “farm Forsaken Pond” advice no longer holds up. If your goal is the fastest C$ per catch right now, the Enchanted Crevice is the spot to be.

Quick answer: Farm the Enchanted Crevice inside the Sovereignty Mines. Over identical five-minute runs with the same gear, it paid 113,595 C$ against Forsaken Pond’s 63,738 C$ for the same 34 fish, a roughly 80% higher return.

What Version 1.95.0 changed for Forsaken Shores

The balance patch adjusted two Forsaken Shores fish in opposite directions. The high-value Pirate Captain’s Goldfish lost a large chunk of its base price, while the far cheaper Captain’s Goldfish got a small bump. The net effect is a clear drop in what a Forsaken Pond session is worth, which is why it no longer leads the pack.

Enchanted Crevice vs Forsaken Pond: the numbers

Both locations were tested under matching conditions. Each run lasted five minutes, used an Electric Guitar rod with an Aurora Totem, and ended with exactly 34 fish sold. The gap is not subtle.

Same rod, same totem, same fish count, and the Crevice still pulls ahead by nearly 80%. The difference comes from the higher-value Mythic fish that live there, including the Sovereignty Goldfish and Admiral Shark.

How to farm the Enchanted Crevice

Empty your inventory first so your run starts clean. A cleared bag makes it easy to count exactly what a session earns and to sell everything in one go afterward.

Travel to Sunstone Island and buy temporary boosts from Merlin. He sells Luck, Lure, and XP boosts for 5,000 C$ each, and you need to be Level 30 or higher to purchase them.
Head to the Statue of Sovereignty and enter the Sovereignty Mines. Follow the path through to reach the Enchanted Crevice fishing pool.
Equip your rod and bait, then start fishing. An Electric Guitar rod paired with an Aurora Totem works well, and the totem’s Aurora Borealis window feeds the rod’s progress-bar boosts.

Once your bag fills, return to a merchant and sell the whole catch. You know the run worked when the Sell All total lands well above what an equivalent Forsaken Pond haul would bring.

You don’t need an expensive rod

The Crevice is friendly to newer players. Mythic fish here are easy enough to hook that a cheap Rapid Rod, sold at Roslit Bay for 14,000 C$, can still land Crevice Sturgeon and other valuable catches. You do not have to grind up to a high-tier reeler before this spot pays off.

That accessibility is what makes the Crevice the default recommendation after the patch. Whether you are running an Electric Guitar with an Aurora Totem or a basic starter rod, the location out-earns the newly balanced Forsaken Pond for the same effort, and it does so without gating the best fish behind a long progression climb.
