Chapter 4 of Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy hides five pickup collectibles as Sophia and Leni descend through the canyon camp and push into the Minotaur temple. The set breaks down into two charms and three artifacts, and most of them sit right on the main path during the Checkpoint 2 platforming and the Checkpoint 3 temple interior.
Quick answer: Grab the first charm in Checkpoint 2 from a wooden crate beside the barrel Leni leans on, take the Polished Cornicello artifact from a pottery-filled crate lower down the platforms, then pick up the Horned Rhyton artifact off a stone ledge on the temple wall in Checkpoint 3.
Chapter 4 collectible list and types
The chapter’s collectibles are split between charms and artifacts. The three with fixed, easy-to-reach spots appear early, during the wooden-platform climb-down and the first temple room.
| Collectible | Type | Checkpoint | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Charm | Charm | Checkpoint 2 | Wooden crate next to the barrel Leni is leaning on |
| Polished Cornicello | Artifact | Checkpoint 2 | Wooden crate full of pottery on a lower platform |
| Horned Rhyton | Artifact | Checkpoint 3 | Stone ledge along the temple wall |
The remaining charm and artifact sit deeper into the chapter as you carry on through Checkpoint 4. Keep checking crates and ledges along the forced route, since Chapter 4’s pickups tend to sit on or just beside the main path rather than down hidden detours.
Checkpoint 2: canyon camp charm and Polished Cornicello
Checkpoint 2 opens on a wooden scaffolding route through the canyon camp. You cross a run of platforms before climbing down a ladder and dropping to a lower level, and both of the checkpoint’s collectibles are tucked into crates along that descent.

Checkpoint 3: Horned Rhyton in the temple
Checkpoint 3 begins inside a dark stone temple. Shortly after you enter, the Horned Rhyton artifact rests on a stone ledge running along the wall.

Kopis weapon in Chapter 4
Chapter 4 also hands you a weapon separate from the charms and artifacts. The Kopis is found late in the chapter, in the stretch where you dodge overhead spike traps.
How to confirm a collectible was picked up
Each charm and artifact triggers an on-screen pickup prompt when you interact with it, and artifacts specifically flag the item as an ARTIFACT before you accept it. Once claimed, the collectible is logged in Sophia’s notebook, so you can re-open it to confirm the count for the chapter.
If a pickup does not register, the usual reason is walking past the crate without opening it, since several Chapter 4 collectibles sit inside containers rather than out in the open. Charms feed into Sophia’s amulet loadout, so grabbing them early gives you more slots to fill as the campaign continues.
