Rockfalls Tower is one of 11 Scouting Towers scattered across the countryside in The Blood of Dawnwalker, and it is the one that fills in the northern stretch of the map around Oghasti. It is also a tower that punishes the obvious approach. The outer walls look climbable, but Coen does not have the stamina to walk them, so the route runs through the inside of the ruin instead.
Quick answer: Travel to the ruined tower south of the abandoned village of Oghasti at night, ignore the outer walls, step inside the ruin, and Shadowstep from one wooden board to the next until you reach the top platform, then hold the interact prompt on each survey point.
Rockfalls Tower location and reward
The tower sits in the Rockfalls region in the north of the map, on high ground reached by a mountain path with stone stairs. Oghasti is the closest named settlement, and the Lunar Manor lies to the east. Once you are in the area, the white tower icon on the world map is the marker to track.

That last row matters more than it sounds. Coen has 30 days and nights to save his family, and quests eat into that budget. Scouting Towers do not, so clearing them early is close to free progress.
What you need before the climb
You cannot do any of this as human Coen. Towers are a night activity because the ascent depends on vampiric traversal, so wait for the sun to go down before you set out.
- Shadowstep — the short-range teleport from the Vampirism tree. This is the ability that carries the entire climb.
- Nighttime — the prompts to teleport onto ledges simply do not appear during the day.
- Prologue completed — free exploration and the vampiric abilities unlock after the opening section.
- Shapeshift (optional) — worth buying for the travel speed, since the Rockfalls sit a long way from most shrines.

What scouting from the top reveals
Surveying the horizon from Rockfalls Tower names four locations and drops them onto your map. Coen comments on the view as you turn the corner and look down, which is the cue that you are in the right spot.

Alongside those named spots, the surrounding area fills with white question mark icons. Those are unidentified activities and collectibles, and walking near one converts it into a proper icon showing what it actually is.
Before you leave, sweep the ruin for containers. Rockfalls Tower holds the Blasphemous Echo Manual, one of the skill manuals tucked into most tower sites.
How to confirm the tower counted
Open the world map straight after the final survey prompt. If it worked, the four location names are labelled and the fog around the Rockfalls has been replaced with question mark icons. The tower icon itself stops reading as an unvisited objective.
Clearing all 11 towers also unlocks the Bird’s-Eye View trophy and achievement, so a map that still shows unmarked white tower icons tells you which ones are left.
Why the ascent fails
Three things account for almost every failed attempt at this tower.
- You arrived during the day. Human Coen has no Shadowstep and no wall walking, so nothing on the tower is reachable.
- You tried the outer walls. The stamina cost of walking the exterior is more than Coen can pay here. The interior boards are the intended route.
- You surveyed only one point. Each spot at the summit has its own prompt. Skipping one leaves part of the surrounding map unrevealed.
Because towers cost no time and the map is only about 10 square kilometres, there is a strong argument for stringing several of them together in a single night. Rockfalls sits far enough north that it pairs naturally with a sweep through Oghasti and the surrounding woods once the icons are on your map.
