The Last Call Event Pass in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 hands out 20 rewards across a free and a premium track, and none of them require a fixed set of challenges. Progress is tied entirely to the account XP you earn while playing, which means the fastest route to every unlock is simply maximizing XP per hour before the event closes.
Quick answer: Play the supported mode where you personally earn the most XP, keep a regular XP Token and any Double XP bonus active, and clear your Daily and Weekly Challenges alongside normal matches. XP earned in Multiplayer, Zombies, Endgame, and Warzone all advance the same reward track.
How Last Call progression works
Last Call is an XP-based Event Pass built around Rex Infernus, the final round-based Zombies map. Instead of completing weapon or mode objectives, you fill the reward track by earning standard account XP in any supported mode. Buying the premium track does not auto-complete the pass. It grants one Operator skin instantly, and the rest of the premium rewards still need XP progression.

Fastest XP farm by mode
Since every mode feeds the same track, there is no reason to grind an activity you dislike. Pick the one where your XP per match is highest and stick with it. The most efficient methods for each mode are below.

Note: BlackCell Pass owners already earn XP at a boosted rate, but buying it purely for the faster gain is not worth it if you do not already own it.

The free track is available to everyone and delivers 10 items, including two Operator skins. The Soph Zaveri skin unlocks the moment the event goes live, and the rest come from earning XP.

The premium track costs 1,100 COD Points and adds another 10 items, headlined by three weapon blueprints and two more Operator skins. Upgrading instantly grants the Verrückt Original Nikolai skin, then the remaining rewards unlock as your XP climbs.

You do not need the premium track to take part. The entire free track, including both of its Operator skins, can be finished through normal XP alone. Premium mainly appeals to players who want the extra Zombies-themed blueprints and cosmetics.
Event window and deadline
Last Call went live on Thursday, September 3 at 10 AM PT and runs for two weeks. It ends on Thursday, September 17 at 9 AM PT. Because every reward is exclusive to the event, anything you leave unclaimed cannot be earned afterward, so track your progress on the in-game event page and confirm each tier fills before the timer expires.
