How the fishing loop, plot pedestals, garden food, rebirth multipliers, and active codes fit together in this Roblox tycoon.

Fish an Anime RNG is a fishing tycoon on Roblox where every cast pulls an anime character with a rarity roll. Those characters are not trophies. They are income, and the whole game is about turning catches into cash per second, then spending that cash fast enough to keep the curve climbing. Built by the Roblox group -チート- and launched on January 18, 2026, it runs in servers of up to eight players and keeps earning while you are offline.

Quick answer: Fish until you pull something rarer than what is currently on your plot, place it on a pedestal, feed it garden food to raise its income, sell everything else, and rebirth the moment you hit the cash requirement — each rebirth grants a permanent multiplier plus access to stronger rods.

How the core loop works

Everything in the game hangs off five actions repeated in order. Skipping any one of them is what makes progress stall, and the most common mistake is fishing for long stretches without ever placing the catches.

ActionWhat it does
Fish a pondRolls an anime character by rarity, from Common up to Cosmic and Divine tiers
Place on a pedestalConverts the character into passive cash per second on your plot
Feed foodLevels the placed character so it generates more income
Buy upgradesRaises cash, luck, and mutation odds, plus better rods
RebirthResets cash and food in exchange for a permanent multiplier and a higher rank

Plot slots are limited, so treat them as a shortlist. When a stronger catch appears, pull the weakest character off the pedestal and replace it. Common catches are the first to go.

Fishing rods and stat upgrades

Rods are sold in the Shops area and each one carries Luck, Speed, and Strength values. Luck decides how often high-rarity characters appear, Speed shortens the time between catches, and Strength governs what you can reel in. The progression runs Steel Rod, Iron Rod, Ice Rod, Amethyst Rod, Gold Rod, Ruby Rod, Rod of Heavens, and finally the Forgotten Rod.

Fishing itself is a click prompt. Hit Click to Catch! or Click to Fish! when it appears, and the roll resolves into a character. Auto Fish and Quick Fish handle the input for you once unlocked, which matters more than it sounds when you are grinding food or hunting a specific rarity.

Buy the next rod as soon as you can afford it without draining the cash you need for a pending rebirth. A rod upgrade compounds, because better pulls mean better pedestal earners, which fund the rod after that.

Selling catches, upgrades, and potions

Unwanted characters go to the Sell shop. Use Favorite Item on anything you want protected, then Sell All to clear the backpack in one press. Sell Selected is the safer option when your favorites are not tagged yet.

Cash from selling goes into the Upgrades shop, which is where the permanent stat gains live.

UpgradeEffect
Cash UpgradeRaises the money your base generates
Luck UpgradeImproves the odds of rarer catches
Mutation UpgradeIncreases the chance a catch rolls a mutation
Better MutationsImproves the quality of mutations you do roll
Cheaper Level UpReduces the food cost of leveling placed characters
Offline EarningsIncreases what accumulates while you are logged out

Potions are the temporary layer. The Boosts shop stocks Cash Potion, Gems Potion, Mutation Potion, Fast Catch Potion, and Luck Potion, each starting at Lvl. 1. Save them for a session you will actually play through. Popping a Luck Potion and logging off wastes the entire window.

Plot pedestals and food farming

The Plot menu is your income sheet. Characters dropped onto pedestals produce cash continuously, and leveling them with food raises that output. Food comes from the garden attached to your plot, harvested by hand at first.

Open the Plot menu and fill every open pedestal with your highest-rarity characters. Leave nothing empty, even if the only option is a mid-tier catch.
Harvest the garden and spend the food leveling the character with the highest base income. Concentrating food on one strong earner beats spreading it across weak ones.
Place a high-rarity character directly into the garden. That automates food harvesting, so the food supply keeps building while you fish or step away.

Note: cash and food both reset on rebirth, so run down your food stock on level-ups before you pull the trigger.

Research Lab and gem purchases

The Research Lab lays out passive boosts on a honeycomb grid. Pick a tile, press Start Research, and the bonus applies once it completes. Cash gains and potion luck are the most useful early tiles because they feed back into everything else you are doing.

Gems are a separate currency, earned from playtime rewards and from the Index. Open the Index, press Claim All to collect gems for characters you have already caught, then Exit Index. Spend them in the gem store.

Gem store itemWhat you get
Auto Cash CollectCollects plot income without manual pickups
Triple HookMultiple catches per cast
+1 Equip CharactersAn extra plot slot for a placed character
Auto SellClears junk catches automatically
Infinite BackpackRemoves the catch storage cap
VIPBundled account perks

Auto Cash Collect and Triple Hook are the two that change how the game feels to play, since they remove the two most repetitive inputs in the loop.

Rebirth requirements and ranks

Rebirth trades your current cash and food for a permanent multiplier, extra storage, a higher rank, and access to better rods. Your collection and stat progress carry over, which is why the early rebirths are cheap enough to chain back to back.

RebirthCash requirement
1st$40
2nd$158
3rd$631
4th$2.52K
5th$10K
6th$39.82K

Ranks climb alongside those resets, starting at Noob and moving through Rookie, Average, and Pro. The first several requirements are small enough that you can press Rebirth! repeatedly in a single sitting to stack multipliers before settling into a longer run.

You will know it worked when your rank label updates and the multiplier shown on the rebirth panel increases. If the button is greyed out, your cash balance is still under the listed requirement.

Working codes and how to redeem them

Codes drop around milestones and updates, and they hand out potions, gems, food, and Cosmic Boxes. They are case-sensitive, so type them exactly as written.

Launch the experience and finish the short tutorial. The Store menu stays locked until that is done.
Click the Store icon on the left side of the screen and scroll to the text box at the bottom of the panel.
Paste one code, press Submit, and check for the reward confirmation. The items land in your inventory immediately, so a missing reward means the code did not go through.

These are expired and will return an invalid message: ECLIPSE, SACRIFICE, 1000MEMBERS, 2kCCU, 1kLIKES, ANGELIA, EXODIA, 500MEMBERS, DREAMSPACE, and FAA. When a code you believe is current fails, the cause is almost always capitalization, a typo, or an old server instance — rejoin a fresh server and try once more.

Mutations, weather, and trading

Weather events change the odds mid-session. A Blizzard, for example, alters mutation and freeze chances on what you catch, which makes those windows the right time to burn a Mutation Potion rather than a Cash Potion. Mutated characters are worth holding, since they carry higher income value than a clean version of the same catch.

Trading runs through the trade hub, where you swap characters and potions with other players in your server. Check mutations on anything offered before accepting, because a rarity label alone does not tell you what a character actually earns on a pedestal.

The quests menu, playtime rewards, and in-game Wiki round out the free-resource side. None of them replace the loop, but the gems from playtime rewards stack up fast enough to fund Auto Cash Collect without spending anything, and that single purchase is what turns a session of clicking into a base that runs itself.
