Find the Axolotls [61]: How to Get All 61 Axolotls on Roblox

Every axolotl location across town, the yards, the Backrooms, and the sky platforms, plus how completion is confirmed.

Find the Axolotls [61] hides 61 named axolotls across a single connected map, and the counter in the corner of your screen only moves when you touch a new one. The search covers houses, roads, fenced yards, a spike obby, a slide, a Backrooms wing, and two platforms floating above everything else.

Quick answer: Clear the spawn town and its houses first, then the fenced yards and obbies, then the elevated platforms and slide, then the Backrooms wing for eight exclusive axolotls, then the forest and grass belt, and finish on the sky platform with Astral Sovereign and Aqua Torrent. Your counter reads 61/61 (100%) when the collection is complete.

How the 61-axolotl counter and rarities work

Every axolotl is a one-time pickup. Walking into one opens a reward panel with its name and rarity, and the tracker at the top of the screen ticks up from 0/61. A Rebirth value sits next to that count, so you can keep collecting on later runs without losing your place.

Three rarity tiers appear on those panels: Uncommon, Rare, and Super Rare. Rarity has no effect on where an axolotl sits or how hard it is to reach. Inferno, for example, is Uncommon but sits on a house balcony, while Diamond is Rare and tucked inside a cave.

Spawn town: houses, roads, and the yellow crane

Start in the lobby and work outward from the brown house next to spawn. Two axolotls sit inside it, one per floor, and the rest of the town is a mix of roadside pickups, a tunnel mouth, and a crane you have to climb.

AngelIn the grass outside the pink house
Pink QueenInside the pink house, past the colored block jumps

The pink house is the first real obstacle. The colored blocks have to be taken in sequence, and Pink Queen only sits at the end of that jump route. Grab Magma Lord and Nebula in the same crane climb rather than going up twice.

Fenced yards and the spike obby

Six axolotls sit in the fenced yards behind the town houses. Most are visible from the fence line, but one yard leads into a spike obby, and Mechanical Bronze is the reward for clearing it.

High ground: ladders, balconies, the rainbow slide, and hidden interiors

A rainbow truss ladder takes you up to the map’s raised layer, and that one climb chains into several pickups. The slide at the top drops you toward a white platform, so plan the route before you commit to it.

Inferno and Steampunk are on separate balconies, so clear both before dropping back down to street level.

Obsidian sits inside the dark shed and Aquamarine coral is directly above it on the roof, so treat that building as a two-stop visit. Diamond is deeper in the cave and tunnel network than Sapphire King, so keep walking past the entrance instead of turning back.

Backrooms: the eight exclusive axolotls

The Backrooms wing is reached through a dark tunnel, and nothing in it overlaps with the outdoor map. Eight axolotls live here, all with the “-lotl” naming, and skipping this area makes 100% impossible.

Paperlotl and Hazardlotl sit close together at the blue portal, which marks the end of the wing. Take both before using the portal so you are not forced to walk the hallways again.

Forest and grassland sweep: 18 axolotls

The largest single block of axolotls sits in the tree-covered ground and open green fields past the town. These are mostly ground-level finds spread through the grass, with a handful placed on green blocks or inside a yellow structure.

Sweep this zone in one continuous loop rather than crossing back and forth. Trees block sightlines, so circle each cluster instead of running straight through the middle.

Sky platforms: Astral Sovereign and Aqua Torrent

The last two are on a high white platform in the sky, and there is no shortcut to it. You reach the platform through a portal and a ladder, and both axolotls sit on the same surface once you are up there.

Take the portal that leads out of the standard map layer. It drops you at the base of the climb rather than on the platform itself.
Climb the ladder all the way to the white platform. Astral Sovereign is the first pickup on the surface.
Collect Aqua Torrent from the same platform. If the other 59 are already banked, this pickup closes out the set.

Confirming 100% completion

Completion is announced in three places at once. A server-wide message reads “CONGRATULATIONS!” with your username and confirms all 61 axolotls are collected, your collection list switches to “All Found!” and “COMPLETED!”, and the tracker changes to 61/61 (100%).

If the counter stalls below 61, the gap is almost always in one of three places. The Backrooms wing is easy to miss entirely because its entrance is a dark tunnel. The crane holds two separate axolotls at its top, not one. And Mechanical Bronze does not appear until the spike obby behind the Leaf yard is finished.

Note: servers hold up to 20 players, so other people running the same route will not take pickups from you. Progress is tracked per player.

The experience is credited to @luckydoge08 and a full remake is in development, so layouts and placements could shift if that version replaces the current build. Until then, the town-to-yards-to-Backrooms-to-sky order above is the shortest path through all 61.
