Blox Fruits: How to Awaken the Yeti Boss in Frozen Village

The Yeti (Awakened) is not the same enemy as the regular Lv. 110 Yeti that sits on Blox Fruits‘ Frozen Village all day. It only appears when the island’s secret event is live, and it only appears after you break three cursed ice blocks scattered across the snow. Miss the window and the island stays quiet.

Quick answer: Ask the Secrets Master in Middle Town which boss stirs next, and if he names Frozen Village, go there and stand on the island until the chat says the blizzard has stopped. Then find and destroy the three green ice blocks to light three torches, which spawns the Yeti (Awakened) [Lv. 110] [Boss].

Requirements and timing for the Yeti (Awakened) spawn

There is no long prerequisite chain here. You do not need to free the Ability Teacher from the ice, and you do not need to have built the snowman first. The awakened Yeti is its own trigger, and the only real gate is timing.

The island itself is built for levels 90 to 120, and the standard Yeti quest from the Villager unlocks at level 105. Bring a build that can survive Snow Bandits and Snowmen while you search, because you will be running around the island rather than standing in one safe spot.

Check the boss location with the Secrets Master in Middle Town

The secret event rotates between islands, so the first job is confirming your server is pointing at Frozen Village and not somewhere like the Upper Skylands. That check happens in Middle Town.

Travel to Middle Town about ten minutes before the hour turns over. Head inside the building where the Secrets Master stands.

Talk to the Secrets Master and pick the dialogue about the helpful secret he knows, then select “Which boss stirs next?” He answers with the island that is currently active and roughly how long you have.

Read the answer carefully. If it says “Frozen Village,” you are good to go. He may also tell you something like “Give it about 2 minute(s). Be standing there when it happens,” which is your cue to leave immediately rather than finish a grind.

Note: if he names a different island, the Yeti will not awaken on that server during this window. Either wait for the next rotation or hop servers and ask again.

Trigger the awakening at Frozen Village

The event fires while you are physically on the island, so getting there fast matters more than anything else you do in this process.

Stand on the island and wait for the cutscene-style message. The chat and screen will read “The blizzard has stopped. The mountain is holding its breath,” and a matching “A dark energy awakens…” line signals the event is live.

Start hunting for three green ice blocks, sometimes described as green snowballs or crystallized totems, glowing with green curse energy. They are hidden in awkward corners across the village and are not clustered near where the boss eventually lands, so expect to circle the island.

Destroy all three. Each one you break lights a torch, and the third torch starts the boss sequence.

Yeti (Awakened) boss fight: stats and attack counters

The nameplate reads Yeti (Awakened) [Lv. 110] [Boss], and it carries a much larger health pool than the regular Yeti that respawns on the island. It fights entirely in melee and does not use Aura, which makes distance your main defense.

Two approaches work reliably. Hit and run is the simplest, landing an attack then backing off before he can answer. Sky camping is the other option, staying airborne and using ranged moves. Both depend on energy, so keep an eye on the bar. Running dry means no dash and no air jump, and that is usually when players get caught by the grab.

Rewards and how to confirm the fight registered

When the boss dies, a chat line announces that you put down the awakened Yeti, using your Roblox username. That message is your confirmation the secret objective counted rather than a regular Yeti kill.

After the spinner, go back to the Villager on the island and talk to him again. He closes out the puzzle and hands over the level reward. The standard Yeti quest from the same NPC unlocks at level 105 and pays $10,000 plus 220,000 EXP, and the regular boss itself drops around $450, roughly 3,850 EXP, 2,750 Bounty or Honor, and sometimes Yeti Fur, which crafts 10x Frozen Bait and feeds into the Invisibility Potion recipe.

Why the Yeti (Awakened) does not spawn

If nothing happens on the island, the cause is almost always one of a short list of things.

The Secrets Master named a different island, so the event is not active at Frozen Village on that server.
You were not standing on the island when the window opened, so the blizzard message never triggered for you.
You broke only one or two of the green ice blocks. All three torches have to light before the boss appears.
You started searching before the blizzard stopped, when the cursed blocks are not yet placed around the village.

Server hopping is the fastest fix for a bad rotation. Ask the Secrets Master again on the new server, and if he points at Frozen Village, sprint there and wait for the mountain to hold its breath.
