Kingdom Hearts IV carries a full slate of 51 trophies, and the whole thing is a collectible-heavy grind with a big story spine running through it. The list confirms the game’s world lineup, from Quadratum’s fictional Tokyo to a Coco-based Land of the Dead, and lays out exactly what stands between you and the Platinum.
Quick answer: Earn all 50 non-Platinum trophies — finish the main story, clear every world’s requests, gather all treasures, lucky emblems, pieces, and key volumes, beat every time trial, clear all Test Planets and training challenges, and get the Ultima Weapon Keyblade — and the Platinum unlocks automatically.

Trophy count and platform differences
On PlayStation 5, the list totals 51 trophies, topped by the Platinum. The Steam version shows 50 achievements because Valve’s platform has no Platinum tier, so the count there is simply everything below it. The trophies themselves are otherwise identical across platforms.
The first 17 trophies come from playing through the story, and two more are hidden boss trophies tied to the ending. Everything else sits in the completion and side-content bucket. There is no separate difficulty trophy, so you do not need a Critical or Proud Mode clear to finish the set.

Hidden boss trophies
Two trophies are marked hidden and point to endgame or optional boss fights. Both are worded to avoid spoiling who you are actually fighting.
| Trophy | How to unlock |
|---|---|
| The Dark Avenger | Defeat someone seeking vengeance. |
| The Last Name | Defeat the final hurdle in your path. |
World request trophies
Each of the seven main explorable worlds has its own set of requests, which act as that world’s sidequests. You need every request in a world cleared for its trophy to pop.
| Trophy | World |
|---|---|
| Civilian Outreach | Quadratum |
| Haunted Housekeeper | Haunted Mansion |
| Desert Do-Gooder | A Galaxy Far, Far Away |
| Remember Me-nial Laborer | The Land of the Dead |
| Hotsy-Totsy Helper-Outer | Monochrome Origins |
| Magnanimous Mammal | Savanna Central |
| Expo Organizer | Toy Box |

Collectible trophies
This is the bulk of the completion work. Lucky emblems, treasures, and “pieces” all return as world-spanning collectibles, and two more trophies are tied to specific hubs.
| Trophy | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Behold My Collection | Collect every piece. |
| Hidden Kings | Discover every lucky emblem. |
| X Marked the Spot | Discover every treasure across each world. |
| It’s Not Junk to Me | Fill up the treasure collection of the custodian for a certain Quadratum rooftop. |
| Bibliophile | Obtain all key volumes in Scala ad Caelum. |
Gummi routes, time trials, and Imagineer Planet
The Gummi Ship comes back with its own set of routes and bosses, Scala ad Caelum has time trials to beat, and a new Imagineer Planet adds Test Planets and missions. Royal Chain appears to be a competitive minigame that asks you to beat other players.
| Trophy | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Speed-Reader | Set a new record for every time trial in Scala ad Caelum. |
| Planet Producer | Complete any mission on the Imagineer Planet. |
| Globe-Trotter | Complete all Test Planets on the Imagineer Planet. |
| The Root of Imagination | Complete the “Back to the Beginning” gummi route. |
| Star Pilot | Defeat the 7 bosses of the gummi routes. |
| Chains for Playing! | Defeat 10 rival players in Royal Chain. |
Minigame trophies
Hundred Acre Wood brings back a handful of minigames, and there’s a dedicated training mode with its own clear condition. One trophy requires a score, so it’s not just a matter of showing up.
| Trophy | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Hundred Acre Conductor | Clear all the songs in the Forest Music Band minigame. |
| Terror of the Creek | Catch all the fish and dropped items in Pooh and Raft Fishing. |
| Well That Was Fun | Clear The Gift from the Mysterious Well with a score over 40,000. |
| Boot Camp Graduate | Complete all the challenges in training. |

Combat and crafting trophies
These lean on the new systems. The “scrap and build” mechanic drives the crafting trophies, Goofy can now steal enemy weapons with a Magnet Grab, and equipment carries rarity levels you appraise. The Ultima Weapon Keyblade returns as the usual crafting capstone.
| Trophy | Requirement |
|---|---|
| That’s a Lot of Experience | Defeat 1000 enemies. |
| Summon Specialist | Use Link Pieces to activate any Special Finisher. |
| Elemenchanter | Meet the hidden condition tied to elemental use. |
| Yoink! | Steal an enemy’s weapon with Goofy’s Magnet Grab for the first time. |
| Master Crafter | Unlock all Scrap Commands and Build Finishers for any one Keyblade. |
| Expert Artisan | Discover 5 Special Builds. |
| Expert in the Field | Have 100 or more role points for Sora’s current role. |
| Diamond in the Rough | Appraise and obtain a piece of maximum-rarity equipment (armor or accessory). |
| Ultima Weapon | Obtain the Ultima Weapon Keyblade. |
What the Platinum requires
The Platinum, “Earn all other trophies,” lands only after full 100 percent completion. There’s no shortcut around the collectibles, so plan on a thorough cleanup pass. In practice that means every request in all seven worlds, plus all treasures, key volumes, pieces, and lucky emblems.
On top of collectibles, you’ll need to beat the record on each Scala ad Caelum time trial, clear all Test Planets, finish every training challenge, and craft your way to the Ultima Weapon. You’ll know the set is done when the Platinum pops right after the last remaining trophy. It’s a big list, but it’s weighted toward patient completion rather than punishing difficulty.
Kingdom Hearts IV is set to launch worldwide in late 2027 across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and Windows, so there’s a long runway before any of these become live targets. Expect trophy names and descriptions to firm up as the English build gets closer to release.
