Tediore’s Brand Manager has a digi-gauntlet, and she is not handing it over without putting you through a corporate onboarding day first. Digi-Gauntlet: Team Building runs through the Bagheera Range on Providence Island, and almost every “exercise” in it is rigged against you on purpose. Knowing which ones you cannot win saves a lot of time.
Quick answer: Ring the reception bell in the lobby to accept the mission from Megan’s hologram, fail both CAPTCHAs (they are unwinnable), plant and defend the flag at the Consumer Satisfaction Center and Affordability Area pillars, zipline to the island and jump off the cliff for the trust fall, kill Applicant Miller after the two truths and a lie round, then ride the elevator up and kill Megan to loot her digi-gauntlet.
Where Digi-Gauntlet: Team Building starts and what you need
The mission sits in the Bagheera Range on Providence Island. Track it from the map, head to the hotel lobby, and ring the bell at reception. Megan’s hologram appears and signs you up for the team-building day, with the mission briefing framing it as a visit to see whether she will give up her digi-gauntlet.
There is an ownership gate on this one. The mission displays the message All players must own FL4K and the Lost Resort to progress this mission, so if you are playing co-op, everyone in the session needs that content or the quest will not advance.

Add to Google Preferences →Objective order from start to finish
Here is the full objective chain as it appears on the tracker, in order. Use it to confirm you are on the right step rather than hunting for a missed trigger.
| Stage | Objective |
|---|---|
| Lobby | Complete Megan’s CAPTCHA |
| CAPTCHA 1 | Find all the pictures with Bikes |
| CAPTCHA 2 | Find all the pictures of Tediore guns |
| Courtyard | Enter the courtyard for orientation |
| Capture the flag | Kill flag guards, Take flag, Plant the flag, Protect the flag |
| Traversal | Zipline to the island, Zipline to the guard, Reach the top |
| Trust fall | Go to the beach |
| Resort | Talk to the Tediore employee, Find the lie, Kill the Tediore employee |
| Conference room | Find Megan, Assemble all participants on the elevator, Activate elevator |
| Finale | Talk to Megan, Kill the Brand Manager, Take Brand Manager’s digi-gauntlet |
The CAPTCHA screens are rigged, so stop trying to solve them
After the first batch of security bots goes down, Megan throws two CAPTCHA screens at you. The first asks you to find all the pictures with bikes, the second asks for all the pictures of Tediore guns. Both are scripted to fail no matter what you select.
Pick anything, take the failure, and move on. The mission advances the moment the second screen rejects you, sending you into the main courtyard for “orientation.”
Capture the flag: two pillars, two defenses
This is the longest stretch of the mission and the only part that is a real fight. Tediore security guards the flag on the central pedestal, and the waves keep coming after you pick it up.

Tip: bring something with crowd clear for this segment. The drones circle the pillar rather than pushing straight at you, and chasing them one at a time drags the defense out.
Zipline across, climb to the top, and take the trust fall
With both pillars done, the mission points you at a chain of ziplines that carries you over to the neighboring island. Follow the prompts rather than trying to grapple across on your own line.
From the landing point, the objective changes to “Reach the top.” The climb is guarded by wild Manglers, and the route keeps alternating between short fights and more zipline prompts up the mountain face.

At the summit, Megan’s hologram introduces the trust fall. You jump off the cliff and glide down through three flaming rings into the ocean below. Missing a ring does not lock you out of anything, and you land in the water regardless, so aim for them and keep gliding.
Swim to shore and head for the resort building. That completes the “Go to the beach” objective.
Two truths and a lie always ends in a fight
Inside the resort, you talk to the Tediore employees and then interact with the window to name the lie. Like the CAPTCHAs, the outcome is fixed. Whichever answer you pick, the round is scored as a failure and the objective flips to “Kill the Tediore employee.”
The target is Applicant Miller. Kill him to move on.

Megan boss fight and the digi-gauntlet drop
Work through the resort corridors to the elevator. In co-op, the objective reads “Assemble all participants on the elevator,” so everyone has to be standing in it before it can be activated. Ride it up to the conference room.
Megan meets you in person here and explains that she is retiring, then demands a fight to the death as the final exercise. She fights alongside defensive drones, so clearing the drones first makes the damage coming at you far more manageable.

Once Megan is down, loot her body for the digi-gauntlet. The tracker shows “Take Brand Manager’s digi-gauntlet,” and picking it up is what actually closes out the mission, so do not walk out of the room after the kill. Gauntlets collected across this quest line are the ones you hand to Mr. Chew in The Upper Crust.
Why the mission stalls
Most of the sticking points are gating rather than bugs. If progress stops, check these first.
- Someone in the session does not own FL4K and the Lost Resort, which blocks the mission for the whole group.
- You are retrying a CAPTCHA or the lie round expecting a correct answer. Both are scripted losses and only advance after you fail.
- The pillar defense has not finished. Stragglers or circling drones keep the objective open until every attacker in the wave is dead.
- Not everyone is on the elevator platform, so the activation prompt stays locked.
- Megan is dead but the digi-gauntlet was never picked up, leaving the final objective unticked.
Treat the whole thing as a scripted satire of corporate onboarding and it goes quickly. The only two places worth slowing down for are the second pillar defense and the conference room, and everything in between is a matter of following the marker and letting Tediore’s exercises fail you on schedule.
