A breakdown of her 9 Athleticism stat line, her three anti-Stalk traits, and the rescue loop they are built for.

Speed is the whole pitch with Jennifer Aarons. She carries the highest Athleticism of any civilian in Halloween: The Game, and her trait package is built around reaching Haddonfield residents before Michael Myers does, then making those residents hard for him to track afterwards. She is not a fighter and she is not a repair specialist. She is the one who covers ground.

Quick answer: Jennifer Aarons is the fastest civilian, with 9 Athleticism. Play her by sprinting to the special targets marked in gold on your map at spawn, talking to them, and telling them to hide — her Dreamer trait then makes each one 60 percent harder for Michael to stalk.

Jennifer Aarons stat line and traits

Her spread is lopsided on purpose. Athleticism is the standout at 9, Resourcefulness is solid at 7, and Capability sits at 5, which is average. Personality is not one of her strengths, so she does not get the follower-protection value that the maxed-Personality civilians bring.

What the three traits change in a match

Two of her traits attack the same system from different ends. Ghost speeds up how fast Stalk decays on you personally, so a Michael who starts building on Jennifer loses that progress faster than he would against most civilians. Dreamer applies to everyone else — every resident you successfully talk to becomes far harder for him to lock onto, which compounds across a match if you are the one doing the rescuing.

Survival Rage is the emergency option. It only turns on when you are Terrified, and it only adds 10 percent melee damage. That is enough to contribute to a group takedown, not enough to justify picking a fight on your own.

How to run the rescue loop as Jennifer

Open your map the moment you spawn. Special targets sit inside gold circles and regular residents sit inside blue ones, and civilians get this information from the start of the match.
Sprint to the nearest gold circle first. Three special targets decide the match, and reaching them before Michael does is where Jennifer’s 9 Athleticism pays for itself.
Walk up to the resident and use the Talk prompt. Special targets are outlined in orange in the world, which makes them easy to separate from standard residents once you are inside a house.

Clear the skill checks in the conversation. Failing them wastes time you do not have, and the interaction has to land for Dreamer’s 60 percent stalk reduction to apply to that resident.
Tell them to hide rather than follow. A hidden target stops generating the cues Michael relies on, while a conga line of followers trailing you down the street is the easiest thing in the game for him to find.

Note the house number on your map before you leave. You need to come back for these people once an exit is open, and searching blind for a hidden resident burns the time advantage you just built.
Open an escape route, then return and order them to escape. Phones are worth a detour on the way — calling Dr. Loomis or the police brings in help during the match.

Escape routes: Storm cellar, gate, and car

Three exits are listed in the objective panel, and each one needs a different piece of setup. The storm cellar is usually the fastest to get running, since the blockers are physical rather than mechanical.

RouteWhat it needs
Storm cellarClear the overgrowth, then remove the padlock with an Escape Key or bolt cutters.
GateFind a fuse — toolboxes are a reliable spot — and install it at the gate.
CarRepair it and get the engine running.

Search drawers, kitchen cabinets, garages, and toolboxes as you move. That is where the Escape Key, fuses, bolt cutters, Health Spray, Firecrackers, and Road Flares turn up, and Jennifer’s 7 Resourcefulness means looting is not a waste of her time.

Breaking free when Michael catches you

Firecrackers and Road Flares both blind Michael temporarily, which is the reliable way out of a grab or a corner. Carry at least one at all times, because Jennifer’s escape plan only works if she is still standing to run it.

Melee is a last resort. Weapons like the Wood Axe exist, and Survival Rage adds damage while you are Terrified, but 5 Capability means trading hits with him alone is a losing exchange.

How to confirm a rescue counted

The match feed does the confirming for you. A successful exit prints a line such as SPECIAL TARGET ERIC ESCAPED or ALICE PARKER ESCAPED, while a loss prints SPECIAL TARGET RICHARD KILLED with a red skull marker. If neither appears, the resident is still where you left them.

The two things that most often break the loop are a failed conversation and a wrong order. A resident you did not successfully talk to never gets the Dreamer protection, and one told to follow instead of hide stays visible and mobile in the open.

Where Jennifer’s kit runs out

She sits in the B-tier of the launch roster, and the reason is narrow output rather than weak numbers. Her whole kit reduces the chance of being found, which is genuinely strong, but it does nothing for repairs, nothing for teammates already in trouble, and very little against Michael in a straight fight.

Compare that to the top of the list. Laurie Strode brings escape information and a longer downed timer on Michael, Alexis Prucess cuts follower damage by 90 percent, and Marcus Navarro’s 10 Resourcefulness covers locked doors and repair packs. Jennifer gives up that utility for raw movement.

That trade is still worth taking if you are the player who opens the map at spawn and immediately runs at the gold circles. Hidden special targets are the single hardest problem Michael has to solve, and nobody creates that problem faster than Jennifer does.
