Cliff Mansion Tycoon drops you on a bare ledge above a waterfall and asks you to turn it into a multi-level villa. It is a classic Roblox tycoon, so there is no combat, no timer, and no way to lose progress — just green buttons, a mailbox that prints cash, and a long chain of rooms that only opens in a fixed order. Finishing it 100% means buying every button on that chain until the last unbuilt door appears.
Quick answer: Step on every green button in the order the yellow floor arrows point you, collecting from the mailbox between purchases, until you reach the locker room and changing rooms. The build is complete when the only thing left is the “Coming Soon” door beside the sleeping golden retriever.
How income works: The mailbox, green buttons, and yellow arrows
Every purchase in the game runs through the same loop. Cash accumulates at the mailbox near the top of the stone staircase, you walk over it to collect, then you step on a glowing green button to build the item it is labeled with. Each completed item raises your passive income rate, so the early minutes are slow — you start at around $35 and are still counting in the low hundreds after the living room is furnished — and the later rooms cost tens of thousands.
You are never left guessing which button is next. Yellow arrows are painted on the floor pointing toward the recommended purchase, and the on-screen controls include a Next button that steers you to the same target, alongside Store and Home. Servers hold four players, so the property you are building is your own plot regardless of who else is online.

Tip: Buy the Handrail and Stairs buttons on Floor 1 before anything decorative. The plot sits on an open cliff face, and the railings and proper staircase are what stop you sliding off into the water while you shuttle between the mailbox and the build area.

Add to Google Preferences →The first stretch: Floor 1, the living room, and the outdoor terrace
The opening sequence is all structure. You buy Floor 1, the handrails and the stairs, then head down to lay walls, lights, a closet, pictures and a door along the corridor. A KAWS-style statue, more handrails, the floor, the windows and the chandelier finish the shell before any furniture appears.

The living room follows: Living Rug, Sofa, Lamp, Pillows, Table, TV Backwall and the grand piano, then the armchair, TV, TV Stand and plant. After that the buttons move to the coffee bar and the long illuminated fish tank, and finally outside to the terrace, where Stone Road, Fountain, Palm Tree, Pavilion, Bar, Coffee Machine, Drink Machine and Seats go in.

Full unlock order from Floor 1 to the final door
Areas open one at a time and cannot be skipped. Each new section is gated behind a floor or path unlock that only appears once the previous zone is fully bought out, so the sequence below is also your checklist for a 100% build.
| Area unlocked | What you build there |
|---|---|
| Floor 1 and corridor | Handrail, stairs, walls, lights, closet, pictures, door, statue, windows, chandelier |
| Lower living room | Rug, sofa, lamp, pillows, table, TV backwall, TV, TV stand, armchair, grand piano |
| Coffee bar and aquarium | Coffee bar, fish tank, coffee machine, cups, display case with trophies, bookshelf |
| Outdoor terrace | Stone road, fountain, palm tree, pavilion, beach chairs, umbrella, lanterns, hanging lights, bar and drink machine |
| Kitchenette | Kettle, tableware, bar stools, clock, dessert case, display shelving |
| Basement floor | Bathroom with washbasin, toilet, mirror and makeup table |
| Laundry and sauna | Wardrobe, washer, shower, exhaust fan, then the wooden sauna room with towels and sundry items |
| Plank Road | Wooden bridge across to the second cliffside structure |
| Guest suite (upper) | Pillars, roof, handrails, outdoor tea table, walls, windows, dining area, wine cabinet, oven, refrigerator |
| Guest suite (lower) | Staircase, bedroom, wooden grille, bench, books, air conditioner, cat bed and cat tree |
| Master bedroom | Wardrobe, hanger, storage box, hat rack, master bed, bedside lamp, picture wall, en-suite bathtub and shower |
| Gym | Treadmills, bench press, lat pulldown, squat rack, abductor machine, tyres, dumbbell rack, kettlebells, yoga mat, weight scale |
| Arcade | Hopscotch, game posters, arcade cabinets, billiard table, air hockey, dance machine, claw machine |
| Hot spring cave | Cave seating area, speakers, violin, gramophone, aquarium room, green ballroom with fireplace, hot spring pool with Onsen eggs |
| Home theater | Theater seating, projector, audio and speakers |
| Changing rooms | Lockers, washbasins, mirrors, hair dryers, men’s and women’s changing rooms |
The cave is the section people miss most often. It is reached through a rocky stairwell lined with lanterns and ancient wall paintings, and it opens onto a steaming pool tucked beside the waterfall with floating drinks and Onsen eggs. The gym sits behind its own stairway on the lower level, and the sports posters inside — including the Kobe Bryant and Pelé pieces — are part of the final themed stretch of the build.
Double Cash, Auto Collect, and buying cash with Robux
The Store menu holds two gamepasses that change the pace of the run. Double Cash multiplies your income rate, which matters most from the basement onward when individual buttons start costing several thousand. Auto Collect removes the mailbox trip entirely, banking your earnings without you standing on the collection point — useful once the property stretches across the plank road and the cave, where a round trip costs real time.

There is also a direct cash purchase option that converts Robux into in-game currency. None of these are required to reach the end of the tycoon. They only shorten the waiting time between buttons, and the unlock order stays identical either way.
Interactive furniture worth trying once it is built
A lot of the furniture is not just scenery. The grand piano can be played, the shower and the exhaust fan run, the soda and coffee machines hand your avatar a drink you keep holding, and the claw machine actually dispenses prizes — teddy bears and plushies you can then carry around or toss off the cliff. The arcade cabinets, billiard table, air hockey and dance machine are all usable once purchased.
Seating is signposted with a Sit prompt when you walk up to it, which covers the bar stools, the indoor swing overlooking the waterfall, the theater seats and the outdoor loungers.

Two other things are easy to walk past. A cat named Squire lives in the lower guest suite and gets its own bed, sofa, TV and cat tree, and the dual-monitor PC in the bedroom is a working prop rather than a purchase target.
How to confirm the tycoon is finished
You have hit 100% when two things are true at once. First, no green buttons remain anywhere on the property and the yellow arrows have nothing left to point at. Second, walking past the finished locker room and changing rooms brings you to a door labeled “Coming Soon” with a golden retriever asleep next to it. That door is the end of the current build — there is nothing behind it to buy.
If the arrows are still pointing somewhere, you have a skipped button, usually a small decor item in a room you already consider done. Backtrack through the corridor, the terrace and the guest suite in particular, where individual pieces like the coat rack, dessert case or hanging lights are easy to run past. Buttons cannot be bought out of sequence, so any locked area you cannot access simply means an earlier zone is incomplete.
The experience is listed under Simulation with a Tycoon subgenre, has a Minimal maturity rating, and does not support voice chat or camera. It also updates periodically, so the Coming Soon door is where new rooms would slot in — worth checking after a patch if you finished the villa a while ago and want to see whether the chain has been extended.
