Data folders in Grounded 2 are small, easy to walk past, and almost always sitting in plain sight on a desk somebody abandoned in a hurry. “Watch Out For Wheels” is one of the more straightforward ones to add to your collection, as long as you go to the right Ranger Outpost.

The folder is an Ominent document stored inside Pergola Ranger Outpost, the facility marked M01. The outpost stands on the west side of the swinging bench, which is the landmark to steer by if you are navigating without a marker set.

Nothing guards the folder and there is no puzzle attached to it. The only real obstacle is the trip across the park, and the fact that the desk it sits on is buried under other clutter.

Note: plenty of Ominent lab modules in the park are reached through flooded pipes and submerged entrances, so expect to swim at some point while you are collecting folders. Pergola Ranger Outpost itself is not one of them, and you can walk straight in.

How to confirm you collected it
You will know the pickup registered because the document opens for reading right away, showing the memo text on screen. After that, the entry stays with the rest of your collected data items so you can re-read it later without returning to the outpost.
If the desk looks empty when you arrive, the likeliest explanation is that you or a co-op partner already grabbed it. The other common mistake is going to the wrong facility. The park has several Ranger Outposts, and each one holds its own document, so check that the marker you are standing at reads Pergola and M01 before you start searching the interior.
What the Watch Out For Wheels memo says
The folder is a holiday safety notice written for staff working through the Fourth of July. It explains one of the park’s more ordinary-looking features: those clean, flat tracks running through the dirt were not carved by anything helpful.
I know it’s tempting to follow a clear road in the dirt, but those tracks were made by wheels. Ice cream cart wheels to be precise.
The rest of the note warns about kids stomping around the cart, ice cream dripping from above, and the scorpion population the writer considers the bigger threat of the two. It is a small piece of world-building, but it does explain why the smooth dirt paths crisscrossing the park are worth treating with caution rather than using as a shortcut.
