Lineage Piece: How to Get the Jinchuriki Race

Jinchuriki is the melee race added alongside the Naruto, Yuta and Elysia content that went live on September 13, 2026, and it currently sits at the top of the melee race pecking order in Lineage Piece. Getting it is not a reroll gamble. It is a paid questline with four objectives and a boss farm attached, so the only real question is whether your wallet and your damage output are ready.

Quick answer: Pay 7,500,000 Coins and 27,500 Gems to the Jinchuriki NPC in Deeproot Jungle, finish its four quests, then hand over 2 Darkness Fragments farmed from the Waterfall of The Truth dungeon.

Jinchuriki race buffs in Lineage Piece

Jinchuriki is a pure melee race. It does not touch weapon damage, so it is only worth the price tag if your build runs a fighting style rather than a sword.

That +26% melee damage is the highest flat melee bonus of any race, which puts Jinchuriki ahead of Glamoth, Quincy and True Shinigami for fist builds. The Naruto bonus stacks on top if you run the matching melee style.

What you need before starting the questline

Everything on this list is checked at the moment you accept the quest, so bank the currency first. The entry fee is non-refundable once you agree to it.

7,500,000 Coins and 27,500 Gems to start the chain.
Access to Deeproot Jungle through the teleport pad.
Combat or a Katana equipped for the damage objective.
Enough damage to clear a 5,000,000 HP dungeon boss inside a five-minute timer, twice.

Where to find the Jinchuriki NPC

Walk onto the glowing teleport pad on the docks and pick Deeproot Jungle from the island list. It sits between Dawnwind Village and Frostborn Island in the menu.

Head through the jungle until you reach the cliffside. The Jinchuriki NPC is standing out in the open there, with a red mat on the ground beside him that you will need later.

Interact with him and accept the prompt reading “You must give 7,500,000 Coins + 27,500 Gems To start the questline.” The first objective appears in your tracker straight away.

All four Jinchuriki quest objectives

The objectives unlock one at a time in a fixed order. You cannot work on two of them at once.

Quest 1: Deal 3M damage with Combat

Open your storage menu and equip Combat. A Katana also registers for this objective, but Combat is the simpler option since it needs no unlock.

Teleport to Hueco Mundo and find the Hollow NPCs. They pack enough health to soak big hits, which makes the 3,000,000 damage counter fill much faster than chipping away at low-level mobs.

Keep cycling your Combat moves until the tracker reads 3M/3M. The second objective replaces it immediately.

Quest 2: Carry the boulder to the checkpoint five times

Teleport back to Deeproot Jungle and climb the mountain until you reach the large grey boulders sitting on the slope.

Pick up a boulder and follow the yellow waypoint marker, which counts down the remaining distance as you move. The route crosses a bridge before it reaches the checkpoint.

Drop the boulder on the yellow checkpoint marker and repeat the trip until the counter hits 5/5. This is the longest stretch of the questline by real time.

Quest 3: Kill 50 NPCs with Chakra Flow Mutation

Mutated NPCs carry a Chakra Flow tag, and only kills on tagged enemies count toward the 50. Lineage Town is a reliable spot because of how densely its NPCs spawn.

Chakra Flow Mutation NPCs only spawn during the in-game daytime. If your counter refuses to move, you are hunting at night and need to wait for the cycle to turn over.

Quest 4: Meditate for 600 seconds

Return to Deeproot Jungle and stand on the red mat next to the Jinchuriki NPC, then use the Meditate prompt to sit down. A timer starts counting toward 600.

Leave the game alone for the full ten minutes. The on-screen text spells out the catch, since clicking or touching the screen exits meditation and wipes your progress on the timer.

How to farm 2 Darkness Fragments at the Waterfall of The Truth

Finishing all four objectives does not hand you the race. Talk to the Jinchuriki NPC again and he asks for 2 Darkness Fragments, a Mythical material that drops only from the clone boss in the Waterfall of The Truth dungeon.

Speak to the “Yourself” NPC standing near the Jinchuriki NPC and accept the teleport into the dungeon. The prompt gives you a five-minute window to beat your clone.

Take down the clone boss, which has 5,000,000 HP. Clearing it awards one Darkness Fragment.

Run the dungeon a second time for the second fragment. Check your storage for two copies before heading back, since the NPC will not accept a partial payment.

Claim the race and confirm it applied

Teleport back to Deeproot Jungle, talk to the Jinchuriki NPC with both fragments in your inventory, and select Buy. The fragments are consumed and the race swaps over.

Open your stats menu. If it worked, the race entry reads Jinchuriki and the four buffs are listed underneath it, headed by the +26% melee damage line.

Because the unlock is quest-based rather than a random roll, there is no chance element and nothing to reroll. Once the buffs appear on your stats screen the race is yours, and the only real cost left is the time you spend hauling boulders for anyone who runs the chain again on a second account.
