How to claim the anniversary rewards
You will know each reward worked when the Primogems and materials appear in your currency and inventory totals, and when the chosen characters are added to your roster after you confirm each selection.
Initial Top-Up bonus reset
The first-purchase double bonus on every Genesis Crystal pack refreshes when the Version 7.1 update launches. If you plan to buy any tier, waiting until after 7.1 maintenance lets you claim the doubled Genesis Crystals again on that pack.
The reset applies once per pack tier and does not stack, so an unused bonus from a previous year does not become a second double after the refresh.
