Shelly sits at the bottom of one of the more demanding evolution lines in Aniimo. The first step is a plain level check, but the jump from Sheldon to Sherro is gated behind a boss encounter and an evolution material, so a Shelly caught early will sit in your box for a while before it becomes a sword-wielding Nova-stage DPS.

Quick answer: Raise a Shelly to Aniimo level 29 to get Sheldon, then take Sheldon to Aniimo level 39, defeat the Omega Sherro to unlock the evolution, and pay Wave Stone x1.

Shelly evolution requirements in Aniimo

The line runs in two steps and stops at Sherro. There is no fourth stage, and no branch that skips Sheldon.

The Omega Sherro fight is an unlock, not a repeatable cost. Once the evolution is available, the only material you spend is the Wave Stone.

Where to catch Shelly

Shelly spawns at Echoback Landing in the Breezy Plains region. It is a Water-element DPS that stands 0.8 m tall and weighs 12 kg, and it hides by sealing itself inside a beach shell, so you will often walk past one before it reveals itself. Sheldon shares the same habitat, but the base form of Sherro does not appear in the wild at all — the only way to add it to your Aniilog is by evolving the line.

How to evolve Shelly into Sheldon

Catch a Shelly at Echoback Landing. Any individual works, since the first evolution has no trait, form, or item condition attached to it.
Raise it to Aniimo level 29. Nothing else is required for this step, so battles and normal leveling are enough.
Trigger the evolution once the level requirement is met. Sheldon keeps the Water element and the same three skills — ATK, Rolling Torrent and Torrent Slam — while its stats rise across the board and its element level moves from 1 to 2.

How to evolve Sheldon into Sherro

Take Sheldon to Aniimo level 39. That is ten levels past the first evolution, so expect a long stretch of play between the two stages.
Defeat the Omega Sherro. This unlocks the second evolution, and until the fight is cleared the option stays locked even at the correct level.
Bring a Wave Stone to the evolution. One is required, and it is the only material the step consumes.
Evolve. Sherro arrives as a stage 3, element level 3 Water DPS that stands 1.6 m tall and weighs 18 kg, roughly doubling Shelly’s height.

How to confirm the evolution worked

The Aniilog is the fastest check. Shelly is logged as No. 53, Sheldon as No. 54 and Sherro as No. 55, so a successful evolution writes a new entry rather than updating the old one. The creature’s own profile also changes: the stage and element level tick up, the height and weight jump, and at the final stage two new attacks appear in the skill list, Flowing Water Slash and the ultimate Torrent Blade. If your Sherro still shows only ATK, Rolling Torrent and Torrent Slam, the evolution has not gone through.

Every stage keeps the same shape. Attack and magic attack are identical at each step and stay the highest values on the sheet, while Break stays the weakest, which is why the whole line is filled as a DPS rather than a breaker.

Water terrain is the thread running through all of it. Rolling Torrent costs 20 EP, rolls forward while draining stamina, restores stamina on a 3-second limit and leaves a puddle behind when the roll ends. Torrent Slam then throws a shell for 20 EP, and any puddle caught in the hit area adds damage equal to 30% of the original Might and raises damage dealt by 15% for 20 seconds.

At Nova stage, Flowing Water Slash chains three slashes for 20 EP on a 5-second cooldown, adding a fourth heavy slash if all three connect and upgrading into water blades near water. The ultimate, Torrent Blade, costs no EP on an 8-second cooldown and lands a wide slash that gains extra range, extra damage and a temporary basic attack range boost when it can absorb water.

Water attacks hit Fire and Rock for 1.6x damage but drop to 0.625x against Grass, Holy, Ice and other Water targets, so Sherro’s output swings hard depending on what you point it at.

Thunderstorm and Prismana Sherro forms

Sherro (Thunderstorm) is a Water and Electric variant found at Echoback Landing, described as bringing the storm with thunder clouds around it. It carries the same base stats and element level 3 as the standard form, and it is the only version with Thunder Slam. Its Electric damage hits Water and Wind targets for 1.6x.

Sherro (Prismana) swaps Electric for Holy and sits at element level 4, the highest in the family. It owns Prismana Slam, which strikes with a shell for 20 EP and, near water, widens the damage area, adds bonus damage and grants Super Armor for 5 seconds. Holy damage is strong against Dark and Wind at 1.6x. Both forms grant Growth Flower (2) as a release reward and Credits (100) for reporting them.

Trait tasks logged at each stage

  • Shelly: break Shelly’s disguise.
  • Shelly: take a photo of Shelly bathing in the moonlight at night.
  • Sheldon: take a photo of Sheldon sleeping in a shell cradle.
  • Sheldon: take a photo of Sheldon playing on the trampoline.
  • Sherro: encounter a Prismana Form Sherro.

Two of those tasks are tied to stages you will pass through quickly if you rush the levels, so it is worth clearing Shelly’s photo task before you evolve at level 29 and Sheldon’s before you evolve at level 39. Once the line reaches Sherro there is nothing further to evolve into, and the remaining work is collecting the Thunderstorm and Prismana forms.
