Coming of Age is one of those early quests that takes longer to read about than to finish. You pick it up in Thendal Village on Azuremyst Isle, walk a few steps, and hand it in. The only thing that trips people up is knowing which building to walk into.

Quick answer: Turn in Coming of Age to Rorian the Dayseeker, inside the blue-roofed building in Thendal Village on Azuremyst Isle. It pays out 40 experience.

Coming of Age quest details

Everything you need to route the quest sits in one small village, so there is no travel time and no combat requirement.

How to turn in Coming of Age

Accept Coming of Age in Thendal Village. Once it is in your log, open the map and check the marked area so you are pointed at the right cluster of buildings.
Walk forward from the quest giver and look for the structure with the blue roof. That roof is the clearest landmark in the village, and it is the building you want.

Step inside and find Rorian the Dayseeker. He is indoors rather than standing out front, which is the single reason most players circle the village looking for him.
Talk to Rorian and complete the quest. He carries a yellow question mark above his head, so if you see that marker you are speaking to the correct NPC.

If you cannot see the question mark from the doorway, walk fully inside the building before scanning for him.

How to confirm the quest completed

Two things confirm it immediately. Your chat log prints Quest completed: Coming of Age, and right alongside it you gain 40 experience. Coming of Age also drops out of your quest log at that point.

If you see the accept message but no completion message, you have not handed the quest in yet. Head back to Rorian and select the completion dialogue rather than closing the window.

Where this fits in WoW Forever

Because Coming of Age is intended for low-level characters, its 40 experience offers only a small bar increase. Early filler quests serve this role in a mode capped at level 60 without level scaling: they move you from one hub to the next and lead into another group of objectives instead of providing a major reward.

World of Warcraft: Forever entered beta on September 17th, 2026, with the full release set for November 4th, 2026. Early quest layouts like this one can still shift before launch, so treat the Thendal Village routing as current rather than final.
