A Neon Matcha Cat needs four Matcha Cats, and all four must be aged to Full Grown before they can fuse. The Neon version glows pastel green on its inner ears, eyebrows, feet, and tail tip.
Make a Mega Neon Matcha Cat
To create the Mega Neon, repeat the build with Neon versions. The glow remains on the Neon locations, but those areas rotate through rainbow colors. Four Neon Matcha Cats are needed, totaling 16 base Matcha Cats when starting from scratch.
That 16-cat figure is a pet requirement, not a guaranteed number of biscuits. Because the 2.5% roll can take any number of attempts, plan around the pets you actually own rather than a fixed Robux total.
