In Chapter 7 of Silent Hill Townfall, Zoe needs one more medical kit to keep the patient stable, and the only way to get it is to bring the storage elevator up from the basement. That means calling the hospital’s storage line from the reception phone. The number becomes available the moment the surgery puzzle is done.

He directs you to check the basement for spare kits, calling extension 5353 from reception right away to find out what’s available.

Call the elevator from reception

Finish the surgery puzzle and let Dr. Glenn’s intercom instructions play out. This is what adds extension 5353 to your directory and sends you toward reception.

Leave the surgery room and walk down the hallway toward the reception office. If you need your bearings, check the ground floor map of St. Amelia Medical Centre, which marks both the patient and reception.

Approach the desk in the reception office and interact with the landline phone using the E Call / Save prompt.

Use the keypad to input 5353, then press E to confirm. Consult your discovered phone numbers list to verify the Hospital Storage entry before dialing, if needed.

Listen to the call. The basement worker answers, notes that a kit is left down there, and tells Zoe he will send the elevator up.

How you know the elevator is on its way

The call itself is the confirmation. Once the basement worker finishes his lines and says he will send the elevator up, the story moves forward, and the elevator carries the remaining kit toward you. There is nothing else to dial and no second number to find.
