Anime Zero is a Roblox dungeon-crawling game built around anime-inspired gear. Players obtain weapons through a gacha, equip a pair, and battle successive enemy waves on the way to the final boss of each act. LY* developed the game, which launched on October 1, 2026. Its core loop is expanded with weapon summons, enchants, skill trees, accessories, and quests. For a quick start, claim free resources, get a usable weapon, and practice combat in the easiest content before moving on.
Quick answer: Redeem all codes, claim your group rewards, roll until you have at least one Legendary weapon, fill both weapon slots, spend your first skill token on the damage node, then clear Story mode on Easy.

Claim free resources before your first run
Your starting rolls and currency decide how strong your first build is, so collect everything the game hands out at launch before you spend a single spin.
There are 11 release weapons across five rarities, and the roll odds climb steeply as rarity goes up. Epic appears on the vast majority of rolls, while the top tier is effectively a lottery.
| Rarity | Roll chance |
|---|---|
| Epic | 90.00% |
| Legendary | 8.89% |
| Mythic | 1.05% |
| Arcane | 0.11% |
| Zenless | 0.0001% |
Equip a weapon in each of your two slots before entering a dungeon. During a run, you can switch between them with a button press, using one weapon’s crowd control before dealing damage with the other.
Rarity does not equal comfort. A slower, higher-damage weapon can feel worse to play than one with faster attacks and better movement, so test a weapon’s attack speed, ability range, and ultimate before committing resources to it.

Once both slots are filled, two quick upgrades raise your damage before you fight anything.
Enchants and traits
Visit the Enchanter (Matilda) to roll traits, which are passive stat bonuses applied to your avatar. Each trait has a set roll chance, and stronger traits are rarer. Early on, aim for Power, which adds flat damage. Do not burn all your enchant currency chasing a perfect roll in your first few minutes; a useful damage trait is enough to start.
As you accumulate resources, you can hunt stronger traits such as Hunter, Bloodlust, and SuperNova, which stack damage with crit chance, attack speed, and cooldown reduction. Those top traits have very low odds and their own pity counters.
Weapon skill tree
Every weapon has its own skill tree covering Attack, Critical chance, Defense, and Speed. You start with one token. Spend it on the damage node for an immediate +15% damage before your first run. The first node in each path costs one token, and later nodes get progressively more expensive.
Defeating enemies and clearing stages earns XP and more skill tokens. Prioritize damage and critical nodes for faster clears, but move points into defense if you keep dying. Staying alive long enough to use your damage matters more than raw damage while you are learning.

Clear your first dungeon in Story mode
The game offers Story, Defend, and Infinite modes. Begin with Story: its acts grow harder as you progress, and each rewards different crafting materials. This mode gives you a controlled setting to get familiar with enemy types, cooldowns, and combat timing.
A run breaks into zones. Clear the waves in each zone, move to the next, and face a boss on the final wave. Pick Easy difficulty while you learn the map, then climb once your damage and survivability feel reliable.
Combat rewards positioning over button-mashing. Herd packs of enemies together, then drop your area abilities on the whole group instead of wasting a cooldown on a single target. Lean on your ability rotation rather than only spamming basic attacks, and save skills with movement or invulnerability frames for dangerous moments.
Watch out for ranged gunner enemies. They can hit you from a distance and stun you, which interrupts slower weapons and leaves you exposed. Deal with them instead of ignoring them, and keep moving rather than standing still while you attack.
Bosses have much larger health pools than regular enemies, and their special moves are signaled before they land. When your skills aren’t ready, stay out of close range and watch the boss’s pattern rather than trading blows. Once you can tell when it’s committing to an attack, strike during the openings that follow.
Difficulty and rewards
Each dungeon offers four difficulties. Higher tiers raise enemy health and damage but pay out more. Nightmare rewards 15,000 money and 350 gems per run after the October 2 rework, so it becomes a farming target once your build can survive it. Bringing other players along helps spread enemy aggro on the harder tiers.
| Difficulty | Enemy health multiplier |
|---|---|
| Easy | 0.85x |
| Medium | Scaled up from Easy |
| Hard | Scaled up from Medium |
| Nightmare | 2x |

Spend what your runs earn
Clearing dungeons pays Coins, Gems, Spins, materials, and XP. Several systems hand out extra resources that are easy to forget, so check them whenever you return to the lobby. You will know a reward is collected when the claim prompt disappears and the currency lands in your totals.
Accessories
Craft accessories at Yugi the Forger using materials you farm from stages. They grant passive bonuses to damage, health, crit, walk speed, coins, and cooldown reduction, with no RNG beyond material drops. Crafting also has a pity system, so a low-drop material will eventually come. Check recipes early and save the materials they need. Pick accessories by what you lack: damage if clears are slow, health if you keep dying.
Quests, achievements, and titles
Quests reset daily and weekly, with occasional limited-time objectives, and they complete through normal play. Check your active objectives before a run so one dungeon progresses several at once. Achievements covering Collection, Mastery, Progress, and Combat pay coins, gems, and spins, and some clear naturally without extra effort. Titles unlock from simple goals like clearing a set number of dungeons and grant flat stat boosts, so equip one as soon as it is available.
Level Road and evolution
XP raises your account level and unlocks Level Road milestones that pay coins, gems, rolls, and lucky spins. Evolution is a separate upgrade that unlocks a weapon’s ultimate: gather the required items from stages, then visit the Evolution NPC through the Areas button. The ultimate deals a large burst that can delete chunks of a boss health bar, so evolve whenever you can.

Use the AFK chamber between sessions
When you step away, join the AFK chamber to keep earning passively. After the October 2 rework it pays 10 coins per second, 50 gems every two minutes, and one lucky spin every 15 minutes. VIP and Roblox Plus owners receive these rewards at a faster rate.
What to work toward next
Once Story mode feels comfortable, push Infinite for the waves leaderboard and boss material drops, and start saving spins for the higher weapon tiers. Pairing the right two weapons triggers synergy bonuses, with Sukuna and Alucard boosting damage and Luffy and Shanks boosting health. The game is still in Early Access, so rewards and balance can shift between updates. Keep some gems and rolls in reserve, treat your first hours as practice, and upgrade one system at a time.
