Azure Dot is the DOGS badge that drops the moment you win a round while you are the juggernaut. It was added on September 24, 2026, and earning it permanently unlocks the M249 for purchase in the shop. Surviving a round next to the juggernaut does nothing here. You have to be that player, and you have to live to the end.
Quick answer: Become the juggernaut in the JUGGERNAUT event and survive the whole round. The fastest route is buying a JUGGERNAUT round through the Fate Machine on a near-empty server.
What the Azure Dot badge requires
The badge checks one condition: you won the round as the juggernaut. Its in-game line reads, “I’ll paint the ground with their blood and keep going until all three of my lungs forget how to breathe.” Friends who cleared the same round as ordinary survivors will not get it, because the game only credits the single player in the juggernaut role.
Two things are worth sorting out before you spend anything. You want to be the juggernaut rather than merely present in the lobby, and you want the round free of extra dogs you added yourself. A Dog Day vote throws more dogs into the round and makes the win harder, so it is the one option to keep off the ballot if your lobby ever reaches a normal vote.

Add to Google Preferences →How JUGGERNAUT mode works
In JUGGERNAUT mode, one player is picked at random to be the juggernaut. That player spawns with a minigun loaded with 400 rounds and can reload it 5 times, for 5 full magazines total. Each bullet deals 21 damage, and a dog has 100 health, so it takes 5 hits to drop one. The juggernaut carries more health than a normal survivor and cannot be ragdolled, but cannot run. In exchange, the dogs move faster and spawn in far greater numbers than a standard horde.

Because you cannot sprint, positioning does most of the work. Your job is to keep space between yourself and the pack and let the minigun chew through them before they close in. A win is simply lasting the full round, which runs about three minutes.
Set up a JUGGERNAUT round with Fate
Rather than wait for the role to come up in rotation, players use the Fate Machine in the lobby to buy a JUGGERNAUT round directly. Fate is a Robux purchase, separate from the coin shop. A quiet server gives you the best odds of being the one chosen as the juggernaut, so the setup starts there.

A failed Fate attempt is a spent chance, not a refund. Only use the in-game prompt, never a purchase from someone in chat, and budget for a short session rather than a single click.
Hold your position and survive the round
Once you spawn as the juggernaut on da_gango, use the hide phase to move into position before the dogs are released. The reliable spots are a single defensible room or rooftop where the dogs funnel toward you through one approach, letting you face the whole crowd in one direction.
Confirm the badge and the M249 unlock
When the timer expires, a YOU SURVIVED summary appears showing your dog kill count, the time you lasted, and your coin payout. That screen confirms the win. Azure Dot then posts to your Roblox badge page, so check your profile there if you want visible proof before celebrating in chat, since the icon can take a moment to appear.
With the badge earned, the M249 becomes buyable in the shop for 15,000 coins. Keep its limit in mind once you own it: the M249 holds 150 rounds with no spare magazines, so every shot has to count.
