How to Get Unstuck in AION 2 (Kibelisk Teleport Guide)

Teleporting out from the map frees a character clipped into cliffs or trees, and a GM ticket covers everything else.

AION 2 does not have a dedicated unstuck button. If your character falls into a cliff face, gets wedged inside a tree after auto-travel, or keeps falling in place inside rock, you need to teleport yourself out. If teleporting isn’t possible, you need a game master to move you.

Quick answer: Press M, pick a registered Kibelisk or camp on the map, and let the teleport cast finish without moving. If that fails, submit an inquiry to GMs at help.plaync.com.

Teleport out of stuck terrain from the map

Teleporting works even when your character is clipped inside geometry. In a Verteron cliff, a character stuck in the rock and constantly falling still completed the cast and landed safely at Ancient Zampani Campsite. The game doesn’t need you to be standing on solid ground to channel the teleport.

Press M to open the map for the region you are in. You can do this while still trapped inside the rock or tree.

The Verteron map lists every teleport point you've unlocked. Picking one starts the cast that pulls you out. Shown at 00:27 in MistaWigglez’s video. Image: NC
Select a Kibelisk or camp you have already registered. In Verteron, this list includes spots like Verteron Citadel, Coastal Camp, Marsh Outpost, Tolbas Forest Outpost, and Ancient Zampani Campsite. The map’s Kibelisk list makes it easier to find one than scrolling around the terrain.
Confirm the teleport and leave the keyboard alone. Any movement input can interrupt the channel. Your wings unfold during the cast, and then a portal animation carries you out.

You’ll know it worked when the loading screen finishes and you’re standing next to the Kibelisk you picked. In the Verteron case, that was the Ancient Zampani Campsite Obelisk. From there you can move normally again.

What blocks a teleport in AION 2

Map teleports have a few conditions. If any of them aren’t met, the cast won’t start or won’t finish.

  • Each teleport uses one Return Scroll. If you have none, you can’t travel by map.
  • You can only travel to Kibelisks you have already registered by walking close to them.
  • Kibelisk teleports don’t work while you’re in combat. If an enemy has locked onto you, you have to end that fight first.
  • Moving during the cast cancels the cast.

Restarting the game doesn’t help. Players stuck inside a tree after auto-travel load right back into the same spot. If you’re out of Return Scrolls and have the subscription, you can press H to reach the Wind Breeze merchant, who sells teleport scrolls.

Submit a GM inquiry when teleporting fails

If you can’t channel a teleport at all, a game master has to move your character. Tickets go through NC’s official support site, not through the game client.

Open NC Support at help.plaync.com and sign in with the account that owns the stuck character.
Open your character profile menu and choose Submit an inquiry.
Pick the issue type that matches a stuck character. Include your server, character name, and the region where you’re trapped.
Send the ticket, then check its status under My Inquiries on the same support site.

Your ticket shows up in My Inquiries once it has been received. The fix is confirmed the next time you log in and your character is somewhere you can move freely.

Teleport statue counts by AION 2 region

The more teleport statues you register in a region, the more escape points you have when you get stuck. Here’s how many each region has.

RegionTeleport statuesGlobal version
Verteron61Live
Altgard61Live
Eltnen20Not live
Morheim20Not live

Verteron and Altgard have the same number of teleport statues. Eltnen and Morheim belong to the Chapter 1 update for levels 45 to 50. That update is live in Korea and Taiwan but not in the global version as of October 2026. Registering every Kibelisk you pass in Verteron or Altgard makes sure the map always has an exit, wherever the terrain catches you.
