The rest sit behind a keypad, a timer, a parkour route, or a gem hunt. The POUdex counter tops out at 51, and every one of them is listed below with its difficulty tier and its exact spot.
Quick answer: Collect all 51 Baby Pous by touching each one. Enter 38519 on the Desert tower keypad and 21796 on the house keypad. Stand still at spawn for three minutes, then gather four gems for the Crown Baby Pou.

The three Visits crates outside the pink house double as a staircase. Hop across all three, then jump from the last one onto the pink roof to grab WomanFace Baby Pou without needing a separate climb.
Mushroom Baby Pou is easy to walk past. It isn’t on the ground at all. Climb onto the leafy top of the tree beside the brown house to reach it.
For Balloon Baby Pou, scale the hub’s main tower to its high grassy ledge, then jump down toward the Pou. Cool Baby Pou uses a similar route, a ladder obby that runs up the outer pillar wall to a high plateau.
Hub puzzles: AFK, Coconut, and the house code
AFK Baby Pou
The POUdex hint for this one simply says “afk for 3 minutes.” Stand at spawn and don’t touch any controls for three full, continuous minutes. The game then teleports you into a secret pink room where AFK Baby Pou is waiting.
Coconut Baby Pou
A large ice cube on the hub beach shows a countdown such as “Melting in 344 seconds.” Wait beside it until the message changes to “Melted. You may collect your reward!”, then touch the Coconut Baby Pou that was frozen inside. Expect a wait of roughly five to six minutes.

Rayquaza Baby Pou is the toughest jungle grab. The route crosses the sea over floating letter blocks while a spinning wind hazard tries to knock you off. Miner, Bat, and Crystal Baby Pou are all in the same canyon cave, so clear them in one trip. Parrot Baby Pou waits at the top of the stone stair formation.
Drop from Parrot’s platform onto the halfway-up ledge beside the pillar to collect Cat Baby Pou. Next, plunge from the cliff into the water for Fish Baby Pou.

For Fossil Baby Pou, climb the studs on the outside of the giant desert tower. A hint board on the reverse wall points to the code. Type 38519 on the wall keypad to claim it. Sphinx Baby Pou is deeper in, past gaps and rolling boulders inside the pyramid tomb.
Snowy realm Baby Pou locations
Take the SNOWY teleport pad from the hub. This realm holds six Baby Pous, and most of them are near the wooden cabin.

Snowy Baby Pou needs a short platforming run over ice floating on the water to an isolated islet. For Snowman Baby Pou, go behind the snowman model and slip into its interior.
Crown Baby Pou: All four gem locations
Crown Baby Pou is the 51st entry. Its room stays closed until you hold four colored gems, and each pickup shows a “Gem Collected!” message.
- Purple Gem is in the Desert tomb corridor.
- Red Gem is on top of the tall desert cactus.
- Blue Gem is by the water canal along the waterline.
- Yellow Gem is up in the jungle canopy.
Once all four are collected, the entrance to the crown room opens. Walk in and touch Crown Baby Pou, a Hard-tier find.
How to confirm every Baby Pou counted
Each successful pickup shows a “You Found [Name] Baby Pou” card with its tier: Easy, Medium, Hard, or Exclusive. Collected Pous also get a green checkmark floating above them in the world, so a Pou without a checkmark still needs a touch. Open the POUdex from the side menu to review hints for anything missing. A finished collection reads 51/51 on the counter.
