No One Left is a two-step order in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ. You clear a military compound, then pick up an intel item that drops once the compound is empty. The order doesn’t point you to a compound, so the steps below use Compound Charlie.
Quick answer: Complete Compound Charlie’s side op. Once “SIDE OP COMPLETE / CLEAR THE MILITARY COMPOUND” appears, collect the Medical Extraction Intel lying next to the final soldier you killed.
No One Left on the DMZ Orders page
On DMZ ORDERS PG 2, No One Left occupies slot 03 in the CH. HUMAN INTEL 1/2 chapter. Two more orders are listed on that page, Hunter and Triage Protocol, and you can tackle all three during one deployment.

The two objectives for No One Left read “Clear a Compound” and “Loot Dropped Medical Extraction Intel Found After Clearing a Compound”. The order asks for “a Compound”, not a specific one. Compounds have their own house-and-flag icon on the tac map, and you’ll see that icon in several places. Compound Charlie is one that works.
Compound Charlie location
Check the tac map for the wooded island in the river, east of PYEONGHWA VILLAGE and north of IMJIN SUBURB. In the island’s center, you’ll find Compound Charlie’s house-and-flag icon. Ping the marker and make your way there. Near the compound, the compass identifies it as “Compound Charlie” and marks its threat level HIGH, so be ready for a tough fight.
Look for a yard enclosed by an outer fence topped with razor wire. Inside, you’ll find green huts, Quonset-style hangars, HESCO (sandbag) walls, and a watchtower.

When both objectives on order 03 are checked off, No One Left is done.
