Steal a Brainrot has thousands of Secret brainrots. It has exactly one Strawberry Medusini and Demonini. The Halloween duo arrived with the Spooky Skeletons update in October 2026. Its strawberry-traited copy was crafted during an admin abuse event, and it pulls in far more money than any standard Medusini. After a full day on the trading market, it ended up with the player at the top of the global earnings leaderboard.
Quick answer: The one-of-one Strawberry Medusini and Demonini ($9.8B/s) went to CoolSABDad, the #1 global earner. The return was a Nyan Cat trait Strawberry Elephant, swapped through a mutual base steal.
Strawberry Medusini and Demonini stats compared to the base version
Medusini and Demonini is a Secret brainrot that pairs a yellow-green Medusa with five snake heads and a dark horned demon. It entered the game on October 17, 2026, as part of Spooky Skeletons, Update 71. Players get the regular version from the Haunted Fuse Machine, the Halloween-themed member of the game’s fuse machine family.
| Version | Income | Listed value | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Medusini and Demonini (base) | $180M/s | $165B base cost | Haunted Fuse Machine |
| Strawberry Medusini and Demonini | $9.8B/s | $165B | Crafted during admin abuse |
A strawberry variant earns about 54 times the standard amount. Traits and modifiers change a brainrot’s appearance, income per second, and desirability to other players. Other examples include Divine, Halo, Skull, Phantom, Yin Yang, Diamond, Gold, Lava, Eclipse, and Nyan Cat. Since only one exists, there is no market price to use as a reference; its value comes down to what another player will offer in a trade.

Add to Google Preferences →Trading in Steal a Brainrot: Trade Plaza vs. base stealing
A brainrot can change hands in two ways. The Trade Plaza has a dedicated trade menu where both players load their offers and confirm. You reach it from your base through a server picker with three tiers, labeled “Normal,” “Pro,” and “OG.” The other way is a base-steal trade. Both players unlock their bases and carry each other’s brainrots back to their own pads.

The two methods carry different risks. In the plaza menu, either side can confirm and then cancel at the last second, and that happened several times over the 24 hours. A base steal depends on trust, because one player has to open their base before the other one hands anything over.
There is also a third, informal kind of trade, which is trading for the index. The in-game index records every brainrot you have owned at least once. Some players run short-term trades just to register a rare unit, then give it back.
Trade Plaza offers for the Strawberry Medusini and Demonini
The plaza produced lots of attention and very few finished deals. Most offers were bulk stacks of high-earning Secrets. Some were flexes with no intention of trading. A couple confirmed and then backed out.

Bulk Secret offers
Early offers relied on quantity. jiliilui put up a mix of John Porks, Skibidi Toilets, and Meowls. John Pork is an OG-tier brainrot with 202 in existence, and Meowl is one of the most traded OG units in the game.

TateG6 went with a lower-tier package of Snallo Clovero and Pretzo Robo. Spaceeacc333 offered a four-brainrot bundle. It included an Orbi Mochi from Cyber Craft (4,062 exist, $506M/s), a Brunito Marsito spawned during Bruno’s Concert Event, and a $4.8B/s Capitano Moby.

Several players brought buffed units instead of large stacks. The best example was a Cola Cat from OG Craft earning $10.3B/s, slightly more per second than the Medusini. Only 83 Cola Cats exist.

Strawberry Elephant offers and cancellations
The offers that came closest featured Strawberry Elephants. gegekilleur loaded one into the trade window and confirmed, then pulled out before the trade went through. Kdasopy did the same thing earlier with a $3.6B/s Lava Meowl.

o_example wanted something different. They offered a Gold Strawberry Elephant only to get the Medusini into their index, not to keep it. When just one copy of a brainrot exists, the index entry has value of its own.

Other notable offers included an Arca Bros worth $7.2B/s, unlocked through the DLC code “pancake and syrup.” Hellstar_Puzz offered a Diamond Orchidox, which comes from Bee Block and has only 18 copies. Onim12378 put up a pair of mutated Kalika Bros from Cyber Craft. The plaza also gave the owner a chance to index other people’s rarities. Milos32125SabSecret9 briefly traded over a 1-of-1 Phantom Grabatron from DLC codes and a Dragon Cannelloni with 16 traits, then got both back.
The only finished plaza deal of the day did not involve the Medusini. It was a side swap of eight regular Dragon Cannellonis for DiceAcc7’s Divine Dragon Cannelloni with the Halo and Skull traits.
Final trade: Nyan Cat Strawberry Elephant from CoolSABDad
The deal closed on day two. CoolSABDad holds first place on the Top Earners Global board at 18.37T/s, and also holds fifth place with an alt account at 15.56T/s. He agreed over direct messages to give a Nyan Cat trait Strawberry Elephant for the Medusini. The swap took place in his private server as a base steal, so no Trade Plaza menu was involved.
| Rank | Player | Earnings |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | CoolSABDad | 18.37T/s |
| 2 | MonkeypapasMx | 17.87T/s |
| 3 | MazarineNevesLCW | 17.34T/s |
| 4 | MrMaik77 | 16.22T/s |
| 5 | CoolSABDad_10 | 15.56T/s |
His base, CoolSABDad_ALT1’s Base, is a multi-tier build packed with Eclipse Plant Bros, Orchidoxes, and several 1-of-1 brainrots, and it runs a cash multiplier above x20. For the swap, the Medusini’s owner clicked “Unlock Base” to drop the red laser barrier. CoolSABDad then carried the Medusini back to his own pads. After that, the owner walked over, grabbed the Strawberry Elephant, and placed it on an empty green pad at home, which adds it to the base collection.
Each side of the swap shows up as an on-screen alert. When the Medusini leaves, the game posts “Someone is stealing your Medusini and Demonini,” followed by “CoolSABDad_ALT1 Stole your Medusini and Demonini.” Picking up the return item triggers “You stole Strawberry Elephant.”
Why a Strawberry Elephant matched a one-of-one Secret
Measured by income alone, the trade looks lopsided. Strawberry Elephants seen during the session earned between $750M/s and $1.1B/s, far below the Medusini’s $9.8B/s. But Strawberry Elephant is an OG-tier brainrot. It spawns from The Red Carpet at extremely low odds, and only about 1,264 copies exist. On top of that, the Nyan Cat trait made this particular Elephant even rarer.
That is why the trade made sense. At the top of the Steal a Brainrot market, rarity and trait combinations matter more than raw cash per second, and players with trillions per second already have plenty of income. The Strawberry Medusini and Demonini is still the only one of its kind. It now sits in the base of the player who earns the most money in the game.
