Oswald Anders, the Blacksmith, turns scrap, bars and logs into most of the metal gear in Enshrouded. His recipe list in 1.0 is long, and the weapon costs change at each item level.

How to open the Blacksmith’s recipes
Every recipe below is crafted through Oswald’s menu. Recipes made at the Workbench or by hand are in the Workbench and hand-crafting recipe list. Getting to a recipe card takes a few presses. The Decoration Workbench recipes and the Coloring Station palettes and Sparkworks Workbench recipes have their own lists.
Approach Oswald, then activate the “E Talk & Craft” prompt. His choices appear in this order: Craft – Upgrade; Fire Of The Forge; Crafting First Gear; Cleansing Fire. The profile identifies him as OSWALD ANDERS, Blacksmith, and lists Roaming Range as his setting.
Select Craft – Upgrade to open the BLACKSMITH tab. Item Upgrades, Manual Crafting and Backpack are the neighboring tabs. Recipes are sorted into Production Place, then Resources, then Survival, then Weapons, and finally Armor.
Select a recipe to open its card. The Scrappy Axe, a level 5 tool, asks for 3 String, 4 Metal Scraps and 1 Shroud Wood, with requirements of Blacksmith and Sheltered Bed. Each resource is tagged with where it comes from, so String is marked Manual Crafting and Shroud Wood is marked Shroud, Dead Trees.
Check the resource tags before crafting. The Scrappy Sword, a level 5 one-handed sword, costs 1 Wood Logs, 3 Metal Scraps and 2 Nails, and its Nails are marked Blacksmith, meaning Oswald makes them himself.
Check the requirements row. Most cards show Blacksmith and Sheltered Bed. The “Sheltered Bed” entry remains red while Oswald lacks a bed in a sheltered location.
Blacksmith weapon recipes at every level
The Blacksmith has 85 weapon rows. Most weapons come back at several item levels, each with its own cost, and those rows are listed from the lowest level up. Every level 36 row uses Gold Bars, and every level 46 row uses Celestium Bars. Pikemead’s Bulwark and Riptide each appear as several x1 rows with different costs.
