Where is the Blue Goblet Tavern
The tavern sits in the Revelwood, about 445 m west-north-west of the Revelwood Ancient Spire and about 280 m north-west of Diadwyn. It’s built high up, and because it counts as a settlement, it shows on the in-game map by name.
Coming from Diadwyn instead works too. Head north-west for about 280 m.

Cup Runneth Over music sheet
“A music sheet for a song to play by the fireplace while telling adventure stories.”
Collecting the sheet immediately adds the song to your learned songs. You can play it without carrying the item, and giving the sheet to another player teaches them the song too.
