Quick answer: Vessel Restorative is in a chest in Weeping Creek Valley near the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base bell. At Lv 1 it restores 70% HP and increases natural Sha-Chi recovery speed by 50% for 5 seconds.

Where to find Vessel Restorative

Vessel Restorative is a remedy, which means it’s a healing item that goes in one of your medicine slots. You’ll find it in a chest in Weeping Creek Valley, and the closest bell is Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base.

  • Region: Weeping Creek Valley
  • Nearest bell: Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base
  • How you get it: in a chest

Rest at the Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base bell before you go looking. If you die, you’ll respawn close to the chest. The Weeping Creek Valley interactive map marks the chest with a pin, and clicking that pin opens its details.

Vessel Restorative effect and description

Once you open the chest, the remedy appears in your inventory. Its item card lists this Lv 1 effect:

“Restores 70% HP and increases natural Sha-Chi recovery speed by 50% for 5 seconds.”

The card also includes this description:

“An angular metal container with a yellowed note stuck to the bottom: ‘Administered to No. 13. Recovery results were excellent. Further modification and research recommended.’”

That gives you a large chunk of health back plus a short boost to Sha-Chi regeneration, and both parts get stronger as you upgrade the remedy.
