Quick answer: The new pairings are Orc Mage, Troll Warlock, Undead Paladin, Human Hunter, Gnome Priest and Dwarf Shaman. The new Skyborne race is also playable on both factions.

On the Horde, they are the Windshapers, and Blizzard links them most closely with Shaman. On the Alliance, they are the High Order Skyborne, linked with Mage. Each side can still pick from the full class list in its table above. Creating a Skyborne character requires a Skyborne pack.
WoW Forever race and class FAQ
Can Tauren be Paladins in WoW Forever?
No. Only Undead, Dwarf and Human can be Paladins. Tauren can choose from Druid, Hunter, Shaman and Warrior.
Which races can be Shaman on the Alliance?
Only Dwarf. Every other Shaman option is on the Horde side: Orc, Tauren, Troll and Horde Skyborne. Alliance Skyborne can’t play Shaman.
Can Undead be Paladins?
Yes. Undead Paladin is one of the six new pairings in World of Warcraft: Forever. That makes Undead the only Horde race that can be a Paladin.
Which class can every race play?
Warrior. Every race on both factions can be a Warrior, including both versions of Skyborne. Rogue comes close, but Tauren can’t play it.
