The Anubis Egg is a Mythical egg in Grow a Garden, the Roblox gardening game. It is golden with a purple ankh, it takes 4 hours to hatch, and it holds four Egyptian-themed pets. The rarest is the Divine Ancient Sphinx. You can’t pick one up on a whim. Every route to the egg runs through the Ancient Archeology excavations, Anubis Coins, or both.

More than half of all hatches give you Apshait. Bennu has a 9.5% chance, and the Ancient Sphinx has a 0.5% chance. On top of the pet roll, every hatched pet has a separate 0.1% chance to be Huge.
How to buy the Anubis Egg from the Anubis Coin Shop
The shop belongs to Trader Tina, who sets up in the sand area west of the market. Her stall has a display of the Anubis Egg on it, so it’s easy to spot once you’re nearby. Load into Grow a Garden on Roblox and follow these steps in order.
The Hiero Scorpion, a Prismatic pet, also sits in the Anubis Coin Shop. It costs 13,500 Anubis Coins after 15 excavations and does not come from the Anubis Egg.
Free Anubis Eggs from Ancient Archeology rewards
Archeologist Archie’s board pays out eggs directly at certain finds, and the excavations you’re already doing to unlock the shop count toward them.

Find 5 lands before the shop unlock at six excavations, so your first Anubis Egg usually comes from Archie, not Tina. Find 19 is the only reward that gives two eggs at once.

Apshait (Rare)
Apshait eats a fruit from your garden on each timer and skips any fruit you’ve favorited. Each time, there’s a 10% chance at the start, rising to 20% at most, that it applies either Sandy (x3 value) or Pestilent (x8 value).
Uraeus (Legendary)
Uraeus only works during the sandstorm weather. Whenever Hieroglyphic lands on a fruit, it has a 4% chance at the start, up to 8% at most, to copy Hieroglyphic onto another random fruit in your garden. That can happen up to three times per weather. Because Hieroglyphic fruit is what Trader Tina pays Anubis Coins for, Uraeus feeds straight back into the shop.
Bennu (Mythical)
Bennu eats a fruit that carries Rot, Blight and/or Pestilent, again skipping favorited fruit. That gives a 15% chance at the start, up to 30% at most, of one of three outcomes. It can apply Gilded (x15 value), advance an egg’s hatch time by 10 minutes at the start or 20 at most, or age up a pet.
Apshait and Bennu pair well. Apshait can turn fruit Pestilent, and Pestilent fruit is exactly what Bennu needs for its Gilded, egg or age roll.
Ancient Sphinx (Divine)
Ancient Sphinx is the only Anubis Egg pet with two abilities. Ancient Guardian destroys 3 Rare or Legendary plants and skips plants with favorited fruit. It then advances the growth of 3 plants at the start, 6 at most, by 12 hours, and every fruit on those plants also gets Mirage (x25 value).
At the start, Ancient Protector takes 3 age off pets and resets the cooldowns of 3 pets in your garden; this can reach a maximum of 6 pets. It also grants those pets 15,000 XP initially, with a maximum of 30,000 XP.
