Sea 3 in Haze Seas centers on Land of the Gods, and the merchants there are the gate to the game’s late-tier crafting, fruit and race storage, and player-hunting rewards. Most of them cluster around the Sea 3 Starter Island area, so once you land, you don’t have to travel far to reach every important vendor.
Quick answer: Land of the Gods hosts Doran The Forge (Sea 3 Starter Island), the Fruit Archivist, the Archivist of Bloodlines, and Bounty Hunter Remzxy. To get there, talk to the Gatekeeper at Flower Capital in Sea 2 at Level 4,200 to teleport into Sea 3.

How to reach Sea 3 (Land of the Gods)
You cannot walk into Sea 3. Access runs through the Gatekeeper NPC at Flower Capital in Sea 2, and the teleport only unlocks once you meet the level gate.
Note: If the teleport option is greyed out or the Gatekeeper refuses, the only confirmed blocker is the Level 4,200 requirement. Check your level before assuming anything else is wrong.

The Sea 3 vendors sit in and around Land of the Gods. Here is who does what and exactly where to find each one.
| NPC | Location | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Doran The Forge | Land of the Gods (Sea 3 Starter Island) | Crafts high-tier weapons, accessories, and items |
| Fruit Archivist | Land of the Gods | Stores up to 5 Devil Fruits (slots unlocked with Gems) |
| Archivist of Bloodlines | Land of the Gods | Stores up to 5 Races (slots unlocked with Gems) |
| Bounty Hunter Remzxy | Sea 2 and Sea 3 | Gives the player-hunting quest for hunting titles |
Doran The Forge: the main Sea 3 crafting merchant
Doran The Forge is the standout Sea 3 vendor and sits on the Land of the Gods Starter Island. He handles the crafting for several of the game’s strongest weapons and accessories, so this is the NPC most players are looking for when they cross into Sea 3.
| Craftable item |
|---|
| Ancient Blade Relic |
| Prismatic Shard |
| 3-Sword Style V2 |
| Dual Dark Blade |
| Free Dark Blade |
| Golden Staff V2 |
| Sea Beast Helmet |
| Sea Beast Armor |
| Dominus Messor |
| Abyssal Necklace |
| Prismatic Title Color |
The Prismatic Shard is worth flagging. It also feeds into Rainbow Haki, which Researcher Iris grants once you own all 12 Haki colors and hand over a Prismatic Shard plus 500 Gems.

The Sea 3 Archivists: fruit and race storage
Both storage NPCs return in Sea 3, mirroring their Sea 2 spots at the Snowy Graveyard. In Sea 3, they stand in Land of the Gods, so you can bank fruits and races without backtracking across earlier seas.
The Fruit Archivist stores up to five Devil Fruits, and you unlock each additional slot with Gems. Only fruits that have reached 400 Mastery or higher can be stored, and equipping a stored fruit replaces the one you are currently holding.
The Archivist of Bloodlines works the same way for races, holding up to five and keeping a saved race safe even if you spin into a different one. You start with one slot, and each extra slot costs Gems.

Bounty Hunter Remzxy in Sea 3
Remzxy appears in both Sea 2 and Sea 3 and hands out the player-hunting quest. He marks a random target for you to track down and defeat for a reward, and this is the main path toward the Rogue through Apex Predator hunting titles.
Only players outside their grace period can be marked. Finishing a hunt starts a 5-minute cooldown, but if your target leaves the server, the quest cancels, and that cooldown is voided.
Once you have cleared the Level 4,200 gate and dropped into Land of the Gods, the Sea 3 lineup is compact and easy to remember. Doran The Forge covers crafting, the two Archivists cover storage, and Remzxy covers the hunting grind, all within reach of the Sea 3 Starter Island. Values and requirements can shift with future updates, so double-check prices in-game before committing your Gems and materials.
