Conqueror’s Haki is the rarest of the three Haki types in Haze Seas, and it is the one you cannot buy from a trainer or grind out with EXP. Instead of visiting an NPC like you would for Buso or Observation Haki, this ability is locked entirely behind a single race. Roll and equip that race, and the power is yours automatically.
Quick answer: Obtain and equip the D. Clan race (a Mythical roll at roughly 0.1% odds in the opening race menu). Conqueror’s Haki unlocks the moment the race is equipped, with no extra quest. Press H to use it.
The only source: the D. Clan race
Conqueror’s Haki comes bundled with the D. Clan race and nothing else. D. Clan sits in the Mythical rarity tier, which makes it one of the hardest races to land through the spin system in the opening menu. The published pull rate is about 0.1%, so expect to spend a lot of spins before it appears.
Once you successfully spin D. Clan and set it as your active race, the ability is added to your kit right away. There are no mastery thresholds, no follow-up trainer, and no separate unlock quest to finish. Equipping the race is the entire requirement.
The race also carries extra perks beyond the Haki itself, including additional Sky Walks and dodge charges, which is why rolling for D. Clan is generally seen as better value than any pay shortcut.
Note: Conqueror’s Haki was once sold as a separate Gamepass, but that option was removed with the Haze Seas rerelease. The race roll is now the reliable way to get it.

Add to Google Preferences →Activating Conqueror’s Haki and its stamina cost
With D. Clan equipped, press H to trigger Conqueror’s Haki. Each activation drains 250 Stamina, so you cannot spam it back to back without recovering first.
Upgrading your race to D. Clan V2 lowers that cost to 200 Stamina per cast, letting you use the ability more often in a fight. Unlike Buso and Observation Haki, Conqueror’s Haki has no level progression at all. The power you get on unlock is the power you keep.

What Conqueror’s Haki does and who it affects
When you activate it, Conqueror’s Haki releases a burst that hits nearby enemies. Against weaker mob NPCs it deals damage and stuns them for a few seconds, which makes it handy for clearing groups while grinding or when you get surrounded.
The ability only works on targets whose level is equal to or below yours. A lower-level player using it on someone higher will do nothing. It also has hard exclusions that never bend.
| Target | Result |
|---|---|
| Weaker mob NPCs (equal or lower level) | Take damage and get stunned |
| Higher-level NPCs or players | Not affected |
| Island Bosses | Immune |
| Super Bosses | Immune |
Because major bosses shrug it off, treat Conqueror’s Haki as a mob-clearing and PvP tool rather than a boss-damage option.
Conqueror’s Clash in PvP
The ability changes character in player-versus-player fights. If two players both activate Conqueror’s Haki within roughly 300 studs of each other, they are locked into a Conqueror’s Clash and become temporarily untouchable until it resolves.
The clash is settled by a fast-tap minigame. Bubbles appear randomly on screen, and both players race to hit all of them, somewhere in the range of 10 to 20 bubbles. The first to finish wins, knocking back, stunning, and damaging the loser. If neither player clears their bubbles within 10 seconds, the clash cancels with no winner and no effect.
How to confirm it unlocked
You will know Conqueror’s Haki is active on your account once the D. Clan race is equipped and the H keybind produces the burst. A quick check is to press H near a weaker mob. A visible stun and damage on that enemy confirms the ability is working.
If nothing happens, the most common reasons are simple. The target is a higher level than you, it is an Island Boss or Super Boss that ignores the effect, you do not have enough stamina for the 250-cost cast, or D. Clan is not the race currently equipped. Fix whichever applies and the ability will fire as expected.
