Everything that defines Salt, the Uncommon offensive Brainrot from World 1, including its full Charge-based move set.

Salt is an Uncommon rarity Brainrot in Catch a Brainrot, the creature-collecting Roblox game from Indieun. It is built entirely around dealing damage, carrying a Charge move plus three attacks and no defensive skills at all.

Quick answer: Catch Salt’s base version in World 1, then use its Charge move to bank Charges and spend them on Feathers, Shoot, or Mr. Beast to burn down enemy Brainrots.

Where to catch Salt

Salt’s base version appears in World 1, the first area you explore. It roams the Grass Zone alongside other early-game Brainrots, so you can encounter it during your opening runs without needing rare bait or late-game routes.

To add it to your party, get close enough to trigger a battle, wear the wild Salt down in a Charge fight, and then throw a capture box. As an Uncommon, it sits above the common spawns but below the Rare and Epic tiers, so it is reachable early without being the rarest thing on the route.

Salt abilities and Charge costs

Like every Brainrot, Salt uses a Charge system instead of limited move points. Its Charge move builds the resource, and the other three moves spend it. Because Salt has no shield or healing option, its whole kit is about spending Charges on damage as fast as you can bank them.

How to use Salt in battle

Since Salt starts a fight with no stored resource, your first turns are about setup. Every attack needs Charges, so plan around how many turns you can afford to bank before you swing.

Open with Charge to add a single Charge. Repeat it until you have enough for the move you want to fire.
Spend 2 Charges on Feathers or Shoot for steady damage. These are your fastest, most repeatable hits when you only have a couple of Charges saved.
Bank up to 4 Charges and unload Mr. Beast for Salt’s heaviest single hit. Save it for tough targets or when you need to close out a weakened enemy.

Note: Salt has no defensive tools, so it cannot block or heal mid-fight. Return to the Brain Rot Center to heal your party if Salt takes too much damage across a route.

How Salt fits your party

Salt is a pure attacker, so it works best paired with Brainrots that can soak damage or stall while Salt banks Charges. Once it has a full stack, Mr. Beast gives it a strong finisher that a purely offensive slot in your team can rely on.

You can start hunting for it as soon as you reach World 1 in the official Catch a Brainrot experience on Roblox. Catch one, register it in your Brain Index, and it becomes part of your rotation for early routes.
