Three passive systems decide how much punch your team carries in Evomon. Adventure Suits add party-wide buffs, Natures raise one stat while lowering another, and Traits grant unique passive abilities that can swing a battle on their own. The rankings below sort each system into tiers so you know what to chase before you spend Coins, Robux, or reroll materials.
Quick answer: Equip Energy Scholar for the strongest Ultimate damage, Champion for a no-condition +11% to all Skill Damage, or Elemental Mage if you run a five-element team for up to +10% Skill Damage. Pair a damage-focused Nature like Adamant or Modest with a Trait such as Pursuit for the best all-round build.
These placements reflect the live July 2026 build. Suits are graded on how much combat impact, survivability, and farming speed they add, with extra weight for buffs that stay useful at every stage. Natures are graded on how cleanly they support a clear role, and Traits on raw power and consistency.
Adventure Suit tier list
There are 22 Adventure Suits spanning Uncommon through Eternal rarity. Universal damage and party-wide defense score highest because they work in every mode. Single-element buffs, one-turn effects, and EXP or capture perks rank lower since they help one slot or stop mattering after the level cap.
| Tier | Adventure Suits |
|---|---|
| S | Energy Scholar, Champion, Elemental Mage, Mediator |
| A | Elite Hunter, Guardian, Monster Hunter, Pharmacist, Commander |
| B | Vanguard, Special Expert, Physical Expert, Primal Mage, Treasure Hunter, Breeder, Catch Master |
| C | Fire Novice, Water Novice, Grass Novice, Capture Experts, Runner, Normal Novice |
Why the S-tier suits stay on top
The four best suits either raise raw damage with no strings attached or cut incoming elemental damage across your whole party. If you pull one of these, equip it and stop rolling.
| Suit (Rarity) | Buff |
|---|---|
| Energy Scholar (Eternal) | Ultimate Skill Damage +16%, Initial Ultimate Energy +1, recover 1 Energy after each Ultimate |
| Champion (Eternal) | All Skill Damage +11% |
| Elemental Mage (Mythic) | Skill Damage +2% per unique element in the party (up to +10%) |
| Mediator (Mythic) | Allies take 8% less damage from the enemy Lead Evomon’s element type |
Energy Scholar lets you fire an Ultimate earlier, hit harder with it, and recover Energy to use it again, which makes it the strongest pick for long boss and dungeon runs. Champion needs no setup and works with every team. Elemental Mage rewards the diverse rosters you build for late game anyway, and Mediator protects your whole party during drawn-out fights where steady elemental damage would grind you down.
A-tier suits for bosses, healing, and farming
A-tier suits are excellent in the right fight but narrower than the top picks. Keep them ready for the situations they shine in.
| Suit (Rarity) | Buff | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Elite Hunter (Legendary) | Damage vs bosses +11% | World Bosses, Raids, Summon Ruins |
| Guardian (Legendary) | Damage taken from bosses -11% | Survivability in hard boss fights |
| Monster Hunter (Legendary) | Evomon EXP +10%, Capture Success +15% | Leveling and catching at once |
| Pharmacist (Mythic) | Potions restore 20% more HP | Sustain in long PvE fights |
| Commander (Epic) | Lead Evomon Elemental Skill Damage +8% | Early and mid-game carries |
B and C-tier suits
B-tier suits do real work early or in specific builds, but stronger options replace them over time. Vanguard grants first-turn Damage +22%, great for speed farming weaker enemies but gone after turn one. Special Expert and Physical Expert each add +8% to their skill type. Primal Mage buffs Fire, Water, and Grass by +5%, Treasure Hunter adds +15% Coins, Breeder adds +10% EXP, and Catch Master improves capture with an extra catch attempt.
C-tier suits are early-game fillers. Fire, Water, and Grass Novice each give a single-element +5% boost, Capture Experts adds +5% Capture Success, Runner grants +25% movement speed for exploration only, and Normal Novice buffs Normal-type damage too little to justify a slot late game.
How to get Adventure Suits and roll for better odds
Adventure Suits come from the Adventure Suit gacha, run by the Debby NPC on Lava Crag island. You can also reach the stall from Main City.
| Rarity | Regular Spin | Lucky Spin |
|---|---|---|
| Eternal | 0.1% | 1% |
| Mythic | 0.9% | 6% |
| Legendary | 3% | 30% |
| Epic | 12% | 63% |
| Rare | 40% | Removed |
| Uncommon | 44% | Removed |
You start with one suit slot. A second slot costs 20,000 Coins, and a third costs 99 Robux, which is handy for keeping a damage suit and a defensive suit ready for different fights. You know a suit is equipped when its bonus appears on your character and applies in the next battle.
Nature tier list
Natures raise one stat by 10% while cutting another by 10%, so the best Nature depends on an Evomon’s role. Physical attackers want Attack, special attackers want Sp. Atk, and fast sweepers want Speed. Run a mix across your team rather than one Nature everywhere.

| Tier | Natures |
|---|---|
| S | Adamant, Modest, Jolly, Timid, Impish, Careful |
| A | Brave, Naughty, Lonely, Quiet, Rash, Bold, Relaxed, Calm, Gentle, Sassy |
| B | Mild, Lax, Hasty, Naive, Peaceful |
| C | Hardy, Docile, Bashful, Quirky, Serious |
The S-tier Natures each pump a primary damage or speed stat while dumping a stat that Evomon does not use. Adamant adds +10% Attack for -10% Sp. Atk, Modest flips that for special attackers, and Jolly or Timid add +10% Speed for sweepers. Impish and Careful are the defensive picks, raising Defense or Sp. Def with a harmless Sp. Atk cut.
| Nature | Effect |
|---|---|
| Adamant | +10% Attack, -10% Sp. Atk |
| Modest | +10% Sp. Atk, -10% Attack |
| Jolly | +10% Speed, -10% Sp. Atk |
| Timid | +10% Speed, -10% Attack |
| Impish | +10% Defense, -10% Sp. Atk |
| Careful | +10% Sp. Def, -10% Sp. Atk |
A-tier Natures still boost a key stat but sacrifice something you may want, such as Brave trading Speed for Attack. C-tier Natures like Hardy, Docile, and Serious either cancel out or cut a stat you need, so reroll them when you can.
Trait tier list
Traits are permanent passive abilities rolled when you catch or evolve an Evomon. They come in Legendary, Rare, and Normal rarities, and the strongest ones deliver flat damage, sustain, or survivability with no conditions.
| Tier | Traits |
|---|---|
| S | Pursuit, Charge, Drain, Reaper, Battle Spirit, Toughskin |
| A | Regen, Leech, Purify, Ult Guard, Emberbirth, Blind, Chillwind, Open Support, Dread, Awe |
| B | Raincall, Rainveil, Claws, Adapt, Skyfire, Foresight, Abyss, Renew, Thorns, Vital Guard |
| C | Soul Shock, Parting Gift, Coldward, Frenzy, Arcane, Gale |
| D | Stoneheart, Venomward, Inferno, Psywall |
Pursuit is the best all-round damage Trait because it adds a flat 18% more damage with no setup. Charge doubles your damage on the first switch-in, Reaper stacks +5 Attack and Sp. Atk after each kill, and Battle Spirit opens with +3 to both offensive stats. Drain grants 18% lifesteal for sustain, while Toughskin cuts all incoming damage by 12% for defensive walls.

A-tier Traits are strong backups when you cannot roll an S option. Regen restores 15% Max HP each turn below half health, Purify clears one debuff at the end of every turn, and Ult Guard cuts the first Ultimate that hits you by 50%. Leech and Emberbirth turn Poison and Burn damage into healing. Lower tiers lean on chance-based procs, which is why weather or on-hit random Traits sit in B through D.
Best picks for each goal
| Goal | Best choices |
|---|---|
| Overall damage | Energy Scholar, Champion, Elemental Mage |
| Boss fights | Energy Scholar, Elite Hunter, Guardian |
| Survivability | Mediator, Guardian, Pharmacist |
| Farming and leveling | Monster Hunter, Treasure Hunter, Breeder |
| Catching rare Evomon | Catch Master, Monster Hunter, Capture Experts |
| Damage Nature and Trait | Adamant or Modest, plus Pursuit |
Rarer does not always mean better for your build, so match each buff to your team before you commit. If you run a varied five-element squad, Elemental Mage can outpace a fixed buff, and if your plan leans on Ultimates, Energy Scholar is the clear target. Lock in one S-tier suit first, keep a boss-focused Legendary in your second slot, then pair damage dealers with an Adamant or Modest Nature and a Pursuit Trait to round out the strongest setup in the current meta.
